Can you give me a page number on that date ? I must have missed that or misread it.
I was under the impression all the dates were tentative and subject to change.
Dec.29, 08 seems like a lot of time for a discovery phase and decision of jurisdiction.

Has nothing to do with being 'sharp', it IS confusing and the court order setting these dates and procedures dated Aug. 22nd has to do with the submission of the joint discovery and disclosure plan which had been court ordered back on April 18 and was supposed to have been 35 days following the defendant's first response. It was rescheduled for submission--both parties agreed to cooperate jointly with the court and thus it was submitted on the 22nd and subsequently a court order was drawn up that same date.

The court order outlines various protocols and procedures and discusses a civil trial in US Federal Court under a magistrate who wrote the order. Discovery is one aspect--jurisdiction another, as to US Magistrate jurisdiction and does not relate to the pending ruling on the defendant's motion to dismiss based on state jurisdiction.

Posting pages from a pdf file--hmm.....the order is only six pages long and is on several websites and is entitled:

"Order Setting Trial Date & Discovery Deadlines, Referring Case to Mediation & Referring Discovery Motions to US Magistrate Judge".

Trial date is discussed in the FIRST paragraph on Page 1 under the heading: "Trial Date & Location".

Hope this helps. It's not really all that complicated, actually.

20756. WRONG. G. Ben Thompson is unable to own or get a mortgage in the Bahamas due to his 3 year jail sentence for drug trafficking and using the Bahamas shores for his demeanors. This is also, why he and his son-in-law Ford Shelley are afraid to appear in the Bahamas regarding the burglary at Anna's house HORIZONS. There is a warrant out for their arrest.

The manager and the front desk clerk at the HR said Anna and FIVE other people checked into the suite............We KNOW HK$ & Dr. Death were there, but that leaves THREE others.

20760. Real-It is incredible they come up with the most lame excuses. I have followed this for a long time-I still have recordings of shows.So I without a shadow of a doubt as well as you know when it is the dumb one on-it is Kimmie.She can not spell and her logic is the worst of the bunch.I doubt she knows what month or year it is -certainly not the day. She gets embarrassed as many of us had businesses and are retired so in her feeble mind she actually thinks that Virgie by way of her attorney pays us . I may be blunt to her at times but it dwindles in comparison to the lies and words she uses.I have known for example Suzanne for a very long time never once does she use a bad word but I will only directed against RC.I have no use for a criminal like her and that is only thing she understands.Anything more than a one syllable word you have lost her. You can look at arguments as I did with both of us and many times hard to figure what she wrote such as reaf-let us all reaf this!
