Criminal Probe Into Anna's Prescriptions

20761. Just like O'Quinn knew exactly what he was saying when he called Stern a murderer on tv. He rolled the dice, believing Sten would be charged with murder, and he LOST. He knew he could be in big trouble if Stern wasn't found culpable by the police. He knew exactly what would happen to him

What the $tern CULTISTS don't seem to understand is HK$ does not have to be found guilty of murder for O'Quinn to PROVE he committed murder.

Civil law is totally different than criminal law. Although there may not be enough evidence in criminal law to convict someone, a preponderance of the evidence in civil law can prove O'Quinn correct. A good example is the O.J. case.

This is a civil law case, and O'Quinn has PLENTY of evidence to prove his assumptions. HK$ being a "public figure" he can be called anything and unless he can PROVE malice and SHOW that he suffered damages, he LOSES..........

How can a man who made $12,000 a year show damages? Where was he damaged? He had NO law practice. He was only a "gofer" for a woman entertainer. He HIRED attorneys for ALL of her legal work. He can not show prior legal work, because he NEVER had any clients, so therefore he cannot prove he would EVER have lost a client.

Face it $tern CULTISTS, HK$ was baited and HOOKED into this lawsuit and I will assure you BEFORE he has to give a deposition, he will DROP the case.

Real-I think you are correct as Bonnie can spell-but likes to argue as well.The horrible spelling is Kimmie I believe which has no friends and in her mind makes up a lot of names along with Bonnie as the whole world has no use for the Stern group period. I also believe that with Dr E. and Howard writing checks and the drugs this was a joint venture for the love of money!

20769. I don't understand why O'Quinn didn't insist on a jury trial instead of just a judge. Is there Anyone with real legal knowledge that can explain this on this board? I would have wanted a jury trial if it had been me. Does anyone know if he had that option and if he still does?
