Celebrity Justice
Criminal Probe Into Anna's Prescriptions

TMZ has learned the California Department of Justice (DOJ) is conducting a criminal investigation into several doctors who prescribed various medicines to Anna Nicole Smith.

Sources tell TMZ the DOJ's Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement has contacted Larry Birkhead, Big Mo (Anna's bodyguard) and others. We're told DOJ is particularly interested in two doctors -- Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor. TMZ broke the story that Dr. Kapoor prescribed methadone to Anna under an assumed name when she was eight months pregnant. Dr. Eroshevich ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.

Dr. Eroshevich, who was in the Bahamas with Anna, sent the prescription wish list to Dr. Kapoor. Kapoor's attorney, Ellyn Garofalo, told TMZ "Dr. Kapoor declined the request for prescriptions. He would never prescribe that combination of drugs, in such large dosages, to any patient."

The Medical Board of California launched its own investigation of the two doctors earlier this year. That investigation is pending.

By the way, TMZ has learned Dr. Kapoor is in the process of having twins via a surrogate.

O'Quinn stated something to this effect that his client felt
Howard
was responsible for the death of her daughter and grandson and that
he agreed with his client. That was not his exact quote maybe someone
has his exact quote and could post it. I believe Anything he said after that
was referring back to his representing his clients beliefs. He had a
right to say that he agreed with his client. One would hope that his
attorney would believe in their case to represent them with due
dilligence that they deserve. Isn't that an attorneys job? I believe He was
talking as a representative of his client and I think he has said as much .
I also think he stated something to that effect in his deposition too, if I read it right.
Judges are not stupid and neither is juries. My opinio

See, Suzanne? Paranoia same as HardRock as to the identity of posters who do not agree with you! Paranoia--the inability to differentiate who is who and elaborate fantasies that are delusional in nature regarding those who are 'out to get you' (read--to disagree with you, in this case).

Oh, nonsense. You and I both know that is ridiculous and you have been trying that lame argument for two weeks. I did think it was Swim, who appears to be the Art person whom I find to be totally boring and without merit, but perhaps it is you, after all. Let's get one thing straight here, nobody thinks anybody is out to get them, unless it is the people Stern has it in for, which happens to be anybody who gets in his way or whom he takes a dislike to, such as Virgie, O'Quinn, Ben, Ford, the Nannies, Taz and maybe Moe. I am beginning to wonder about Bahama Nana, too, since she lives in the Bahamas. Also, you make a big deal of a pot charge against Ben Thompson 25 years ago. I wouldn't be surpirsed if you smoke pot and even do Cocaine, if you are in any way associated with Stern. Ben Thoompson owns propoerty in the Bahamas, so try to drop that lame comment that he can't own property. Len Wood knows enough about Stern now to agree with the Justice seekers. He is not a fool.

I still think Stern's attendance at the birthday party will be disgraceful and embarrassing, although ET will try to get a few shots of people pretending to tolerate him. Naturally someone who would squat for months in someone else's house and try to steal it would have neither pride nor good sense enough not to attend, though, and Stern is devoid of decency.

20778. 20791. Marge, I believe that King Eric and Nevin were already there I have said so on this very board. I wonder too why that story. I may be wrong but I think the whole story was wrong from the beginning. I think Taz may not have known. May be wrong. My opinions

Yeah , I knew that too ! But the players in this saga have lied so much ...makes me wonder if they left and came back ! Just like a lot of us don't think Dr. Death ever left !

If there was anyone that had to be picked up at the airport ....are there more players in this story than we know about ??? Only the players themselves and God know the answers to this question ! Hopefully soon others will ,too ! Like the authorities for example !

September 8 happens to fall on a SATURDAY. Something you "party animals" wouldn't care about since you seem to spend every night on this blog.

20781. How about this =5 -Kimmie,Dr.E.,Moe and Taz and Hair dresser. Anna supposedly did not get sick until on the plane. Tony Potts did not get involved until after and followed Larry around. So bottom line besides Howard you have five liars at least. Not surprising as they lie on here also.

20782. As a Southerner, I must say the first birthday party is a large event for the family. Most Southern families have maybe a hundred aunts, uncles, and cousins who all attend. This is not unusual. What is wrong with this party, is it is not just the family which makes it vulgar.

"Outsiders" have been invited and in Southern custom that is the epitome of tacky. That takes it to "carpet bagger" style. That makes it obvious these people came from nothing and since aquiring a little money are wasting it on things of no value. People like that do not have money long, and are always excluded from proper society of the South.

These people have set the baby up to never be of proper society and raised properly. Being a girl that is much more damaging as she matures. They can send her to the best schools, buy her the best clothes, but this vulgar event will hang over her for the rest of her life.

This should have been a party with family only, no media (that is only for the bottom scrapers) No Southern gentleman would ever let his daughter be exposed to such trash.

This tells you what that family is all about.

20783. Trolls are worthless scabs, noncontributing parasites to the society they demand support the,; whiners demanding cheese; unemployed grifters whose sole purpose is to destroy the society they can not fit into; Sternoids are the chosen examples. Social rejects in all respects they demand attention for being worthless.

20784. Faye, WOW! Thanks for the information. That sounds like the exact frame I posted about from the video on YouTube. I think there are just two or three frames. I am going to look again. It goes so fast, I missed the headband. I enlarged the picture to full screen and used pause. I watched it again last night and was wrong about the woman I thought was Kimmie wearing a tube top. It is a tee shirt, I think, with short cap sleeves. I can't be sure but think a bit of her tatoos show. I could not locate the pictures from the hotel on 4/19.

What do you think this will mean if there is this proof that Eroshovich lied and was there? What about Kimmie being there?

According to the troll....most of us here are "idiots, dummies, morons, dumba$$es, paranoids, megalomaniacs, delusional, lynchers, etc......" Since the troll is the ultimate authority, it couldn't have made a mistake on something readily available on google--considering also that it has inside information on closed court proceedings.

We've been patient with the bully--personally, my patience has worn thin with this verbally abusive coward.

Which "it" likes to use on a regular basis.

"It" is a techno-coward
Hiding behind a computer screen and changing moniker's whenever
"It" is caught in a too obvious lie.

I'd suggest remedial education for "It", but I afraid "It" is well beyond the point of no

I am not a Stern supporter by any means. I find that man's looks repulsive, much less his behaviors.

I imagine the party would depend on the size of your family, but in our family it is always a very large gathering for any birthday. Just the numbers of family members make it a large event. For an adult birthday last week, we made reservations at the restaurant for 33 persons and 36 showed up.

I find what they are doing very tacky and vulgar. Can you imagine her being invited to the Cotillion Ball ( some call it a Debutant Ball) after such a vulgar display of her as a child. In proper society, not only are the children judged for manners and grace, but particularly the parents are judged.

Didn't you say you were from North Carolina? I am sure you are familar with the North Carolina Debutante Ball in Raliegh. I believe in Kentucky the only one they have is the Blue Grass Charity Ball.

I would not allow my daughter to associate with parents of such vulgar displays.
