- At 10:05 a.m. doctors pronounced Daniel dead. Initially Smith "was so distraught, she refused to leave Daniel's side, and it was necessary to sedate her in order to check her out of the hospital," says Scott. - Local police are notified. Police investigators found Daniel laying on the bead, already dead.
- Assistant Commissioner With Responsibility For Crime, Reginald Ferguson, said police received a call from the hospital informing them of Daniel’s death on Sunday morning at around 10:29 am. “Upon arrival at Doctors Hospital, officers discovered the lifeless body of a male Caucasian in room 201.”
- Officers were sent to the hospital where they discovered Daniel’s “lifeless body” lying on his back on a bed. Crime scene investigators concluded there was “nothing unusual noticed about the condition of the room.”

30047. 30025. I was not able to post a small paragraph quoting from the Seidlin Court Ruling but I was able to post the link to the ruling itself. It was the bottom of page 10 of the ruling and page 11 in which the credibility of the three witnesses was deemed worthy or not worthy. Anna's mother's credibility regarding the particular issue of burial of her daughter was NOT deemed credible and then it listed WHY. The testimonies of both Birkhead and Stern were deemed to be credible and Stern's, in particular, was deemed to be HIGHLY credible--regarding the issue of Anna's burial and her wish to be near her son.

Now a usual reaction from a non medical professional would be to shake him and yell "Daniel , Daniel" not check a pulse? For you would not think he was deceased?
That throws me off right there.

30050. Larry didn't know if Anna was going to use his sperm specimen; but when she asked him to provide one, he agreed. Howard wrote up an agreement that stipulated that Larry would forfeit any claims to parentage. Howard had him sign it right there on the kitchen table, in front of all of us. Anna was there, too, so she couldn't have been dead.


So this is what Howard has been holding over Larry's head. It is all making sense now. Thank you Delusional for taking the time to share all of this info with us. Yes, I am sure the public would have a whole different opinion of Larry as a sperm donor as opposed to a scorned lover/dad. I wonder if the E channel knows any of this. Now we know why larry stutttered and stammered when Seidlin asked him if Anna was the love of his life. What a charade this whole thing is. I just hope he really wants his daughter and is not just using her for money.

Glad you asked and tried to derail the subject, as usual, which was:

The credibility of the three witnesses regarding the two petitions regarding the burial place of ANS. Staying on task here--not difficult for you is that?---Stern's testimony was deemed HIGHLY CREDIBLE, Birkhead's was deemed CREDIBLE and VA's was deem NOT CREDIBLE AT ALL because of her associations for remuneration with Splash limos to the morgue, Splash cameras at the ready when she visited her grandson's grave earlier that year, etc. etc.

THUS the body was the sole possession of the INHERITOR< DANNIELYNN--and awarded to the custody of Dannielynn's guardian ad litem, who then had the body taken to the Bahamas to be buried next to Daniel, as was ANS's wish.

So that is the context of the citation I was pointing out and the body did not go to Texas.

End of story.

If you care to re-open a discussion on other points of the 21-page ruling, go for it. However, this was MY discussion that I opened and commented on and that was the parameters of said commentary.

My response to you was lost in cyberspace, so I will rephrase it.

The point of page 10 and 11 of the ruling was VA's lack of credibility regarding testimony as to the burial of ANS and her wishes to be near her son as opposed to burial in Texas.

VA credibility was cited as non-credible due to her behavior during the visit to the morgue with Splash limos, and previous remunerations from Splash.

HKS was deemed (in this regard as to placing Anna near Daniel in the Bahamas) to be HIGHLY CREDIBle and Birkhead was deemed to be credible.

VA had no weight nor any legal standing in that court or any other court and that is why her counter petition was denied, the appeal was denied and her appeals in the Bahamas were denied.

Simple as that.

I know your silly old tricks of changing the goalposts (subject) and wandering off to neverneverland in order to switch the subject to one more amenable to your entrenched agenda.

Doesn't work--never will work.

Shelley said two white tablets fell out of Daniel’s jeans pocket and that Stern then “went immediately to the bathroom’ and “seconds after, I heard the toilet flush.” Stern, he says, told him “that he had taken care of a problem.”
The report also recounts Shelley saying that he saw Stern remove a brown pouch from under the mattress in the master bedroom, after which Stern explained, “He had to keep the pouch out of Anna’s reach.” According to Shelley, Stern added, “Methadone is also kept in the fridge in Anna’s room.”

So I can just only imagine -- and by the way, we forgot to mention this, that Howard called to tell us that on Sunday and also that Anna wanted the movie to be in Daniel's memory, to be that dedicated to Daniel.
