30063. Just to finish that thought about the Seidlin ruling, which I had been trying to post about last night with QUOTES from the ruling--but it never was confirmed:

The thinking of the court in this regard only (burial--which was THE purpose of the probate hearing based on HKS petition for burial and VA's counter-petition was that HKS although NOT legal guardian of DL for purposes of the probate court hearing WAS a 12-year partner of ANS and well-knew her wishes and relationship with her son, Daniel and that was why HKS testimony on that point was deemed highly credible. Birkhead also knew of the relationship between Anna and her son--and testified to the same area of where to bury Anna--near her son. Even Ford Shelley stated as much under oath.

That left VA with an established (under oath) 10 year estrangement--a bitter relationship and one in which she could not possibly have known how deeply felt about Daniel's death and subsequent place of burial and her own future burial NEAR HER SON.

Thus, the guardian ad litem made the decision on behalf of Dannielynn, the next of kin, offspring of ANS to take ANS to the Bahamas to be with her son.

30068. This thread is the "Fight Club" apparently. Let the inquest sort out some of the facts and then we can all talk! If there is nothing to hide and no liability of any individuals in the demise of Daniel then all parties should be happy to get on with this inquest. If someone has things to hide, then they would not want any further investigation.
