If there is nothing to hide and no liability of any individuals in the demise of Daniel then all parties should be happy to get on with this inquest. If someone has things to hide, then they would not want any further investigation.

Agree with Seidlin on this one Trainwreck. Her intentions about the $$ were OBVIOUS. Dannielynn would receive monies regardless of anything. Larrry [as parent] and HKS [as executor] will be controlling and protecting DL’s $$. Their financial interest is completely different and I am so glad the WORLD watched and saw Virgie’s intentions.

I also believe Virgie filed a request after HKS did, AS WELL Milstein filed on behalf of DannieLynn. The court proceeding would have gone on regardless.
