Ah... Mr. Delusional sir..... I want to thank you for answering all my questions yesterday. That was very kind of you. Boy this case is something else. Every time I think I figured something out well you know. …. I find another piece of the puzzle.

I'm very glad you want to take more time to talk cause you know this is case....or should I say cases...well you know what I mean…...it's just so upsetting and it's hard to believe all the details there are.

I was just wondering.... Mr. Delusional sir, if you would like to come down to the office and look over some of the stuff I've gathered in the past few months.....you know maybe you could ...ah... help me and shed some light on it. You know I just have to get this right and well........well I wouldn't want to accuse anyone of something they didn't do. You know what I mean?

And her son Daniel, was he there for these parites too? And this guy Stern would charge people to see Ms. Smith? I would imagine there was a lot of untaxed money that Mr. Stern was collecting. You wouldn't happen to know how much he charged would you?

I have been trying to respond to you for days now and never get a confirmation e-mail. I just wanted to let you know how much I look forward to a post from you. You write so eloquently, I am impressed! I also find a peace with the assumption that Anna really did have a friend who genuinely cared about her despite the distance that seems to have transpired between you. I often wonder WHY doesn't anybody come forward with info that would aid in this matter?! There are many people that know alot, where are they? This whole mess just makes me sick. What part of "prescriptions in Howard's name" do some not understand? That in itself IS A CRIME!!

I want to believe everything you say, but you need to understand we have been fooled many, many times. If you don't mind I'd like to ask you a few questions.

1. If you are serious about your close connection to all the players in this saga, why does Howard allow you to share with us what you have? You stated you were one of 5 friends Howard could not remove from Anna's life. So it would have to be fairly easy for him to figure out who you are..correct?

2.Have you talked to Howard since Anna died?

3. Have you ever considered writting a book?

4.Will we ever know who you are?

Thank you for your questions. I will try to answer your questions as forthrightly as I can.

1. Why does Howard allow you to share with us what you have? ...It would have to be fairly easy for him to figure out who you are..correct?

I got a little chuckle out of how you phrased your question. "Why does Howard 'allow' you to...?" Try as he might, Howard cannot control what anybody says about him. If I manage to go and get myself sued, so be it. I will proudly and unhesitantly get up on the stand and repeat everything I have said here.

2. Have you talked to Howard since Anna died?

Yes.

3. Have you ever considered writing a book?

You mean like friend Mo B. and family member Donna Hogan have? Absolutely not. I think they call that blood money.

4. Will we ever know who you are?

Maybe someday, when all of the investigations are concluded.

Immediately following your one line, O'Q's Lawyer goes on to say O'Q was voicing pure opinion and/or rhetorical hyperbole and not verifiable facts. i.e. he was deliberately lying. He goes on to describe that no one would have mistaken his rhetorical hyperbole as factual. (pages 8 & 9)

You need to read the entire filing, possibly with a dictionary at hand.

Personnel on board the flight interviewed and report that there was nothing unusual and no alcohol served to him. (Nassau Guardian)

1:15 am:
- Man at Esso On The Run service station prepared to testify at inquest re: Howard‘s visit that evening. ATM records verify that there was a cash withdrew from account. Video tapes are in possession of Bahamian authorities.
- The only interruption came at around 1:15 a.m., when Stern – who had made a food run to a 24-hour mini-mart at a nearby Esso station – returned with chips, soft drinks and chicken strips. (PEOPLE. 9/13/06)
- STERN ( Larry King Live 9/26/06): After a while. I mean I was there. There was actually another friend of the family was in the room for a while. And after he left, we talked about all being hungry. And over here in the Bahamas not too many things are open that late. So, I picked up food and then I came back and other than that I was there the whole time.”
