16. she could get out - if they were prescription, she could be let go on the citation - she admitted to smoking pot, but i am unaware if they even took blood from her - they would in the case of an accident, but she was sitting on the road when the cops came, and wasn't pulled over while driving... i say she gets community service....

19. i highly doubt she would get pregnant to avoid serving 5 days in jail - c'mon people - she has been arrested before, but didn't do serious jail time, but i'm sure she didn't get knocked up on purpose and if so, for that reason. i don't think she was making fun of her situation on tv either - she was on david letterman, what is she supposed to do, cry?!

24. If it's too harsh for her, then it must be for every other pregnant woman. The fact is, pregnancy is not normally difficult. If she can't sit on her butt in a cell due to being pregnant, I wonder how I did all the walking I did, sometimes as much as 11 miles a day! Besides, you think about these things ahead of time, not after the fact. Obviously, she wasn't too worried about it.

27. TMZ is attempting to stir up some crap. Nicole is not in big trouble if convicted, she can handle it unlike TMZ's bad habit PH. Nicole never asked for special treatment and never denied her crimes. She is smart in that she is going into trial "with out" the assumtion that her name will set her free. .

28. I would hate to see Nicole thrown into jail in her current condition. I suspect she needs to be hospitalized; she looks very ill. I don't think she deserves to be treated like Paris was. If Paris got special consideration( and she did,) Ritchie needs it even more!

29. I am not even sure why Nicole would even be worried about going to jail. She's so skinny, she could easily turn sideways and shimmey out of the bars and escape.

It's not as though the sunflower seed she swallowed to appear pregnant would prevent her escape either.
