80. #79 yea you sound like a stupid "adult" child.... and no i wouldn't do it...you think its just dumba** like you that live in CA...NOT....maybe you should go to ER sometime and see what my husband see's there after a drunk decides to take a whole family out!!!! or see a person with the top of their head taken off or how about their whole head.... or would your rather see a small child like that??? i think everybody that gets picked up on a dui should have to visist an ER after a drunk destroys a family...see the blood and guts and if that don't get you than check out the family especially if it's a younger child that just lost their entire family because of drunk a**holes... you think it's fine and dandy to go out there and party it up and get in a car and drive like nicole go the wrong way down a freeway..those of you that has never drove in CA don't know what it's like...it's bad enough around here without the drunks on the road..... no one goes under 80mph, the freeways are always busy, and than to have a drunk behind the wheel is just asking for trouble...if nicole hit a car head on and both was going 80 that would have been pretty damn ugly, and if anybody survived it would be nicole cause she was so messed up...so #79 would you like the cops to come to your house and tell you that your entire family is gone because of a party girl or guy...think about it.......

Now i think that if Nicole has the same fate as Paris and goes to jail she'll be staying at a pay jail like Martha Stewart where the beds are slightly more coumfy and the food is more nutritious

87. Here we go again. Another no-talent, jobless, stupid dumbass trying to get around having to pay the piper; this one is trying by "getting pregnant". I cannot believe that this mental midget actually thought that getting pregnant would keep her out of jail. Talk about stupid.

What's even worse is her father doesn't even seem concerned. He's out there making money, and, when interviewed about this daughter, he pleads innocence about anything she's doing. No wonder she evolved into a paris wannabe socialite; no parental involvement or supervision...

90. Nicole does not deserve ANY jail time. Lindsay should go to jail for drug possession. Remember that incident? Why focus on Richey when Lohan has been totally busted SEVERAL times. TMZ is zeroing in on the wrong person -- as usual. TMZ should be cited with a warrant, arrested, locked up and the key tossed.
