Megan Fox Pro-Pot

"Transformers" star and Angie Jolie look-alike Megan Fox admits to dabbling in illegal substances -- and loving a little weed.
In a recent interview with Maxim magazine, the lippy starlet admitted that she's tried nearly every drug under the sun. "I've done drugs, and that's how I know I don't like them."

Ever the consumer reporter, Fox "tried several things" in order to "make an informed decision, but I didn't enjoy anything other than marijuana." In fact, says Fox, "I don't even think of it as a drug -- it should be legalized." Is it 4:20 yet?

Fox also discusses the white powdery stuff, and she's not talking snow. Says Fox, "
Cocaine is back with a vengeance ... Celebrities aren't trying to hide it, except when people have camera phones."

"I know about five people who aren't on drugs today, and I'm one of them." Perhaps Fox should make some new friends.

91. if nothing else, she has ultimately rid herself of scandal photos & stories of her dabbling in her career to come, she came right out with it and no one, not a pap, a fired assistant, a tmz writer will ever get the upper hand on her with a drug scandal. The "yeah, so what" approach always works.

92. I have to say congratulations to Megan for stepping out and admitting she likes to smoke a little :-) I don't think pot is strictly for losers - I happen to be very successful and I'm a student working toward my Ph.D. The people who are losers and smoke pot are the ones with zero work ethic and are lazy by nature. Megan is beautiful and honest - some other celebs should take a clue and follow her lead.

95. "... and Angie Jolie look-alike Megan Fox..." Why does TMZ keep saying that? She looks absolutely nothing like Angelina Jolie!! Why does every single person that TMZ talks about have to be compared to someone else, or have a nickname, or whatever? It's stupid and annoying.

96. She is WAY prettier than Angelina. I don't think Angelina is all that great to begin with. Most of the pictures I've seen of her lately she looks weird. She's too skinny and it makes her head look too big for her body.

97. First of all cigarettes kill 1200 people a day!! Are any of you going to call them "druggies" or "drug addicts"? No, no one does!! How about the information about Marijuana. Have any of you read or scene a "crazy out of his mind pot head"? No you don't. People in the United States are quick to jump on the "its a drug" wagon but more and more people are finding help through this GOVERNMENT CALLED DRUG. The prohibition against marijuana is the same and just as unjust as the one they had against everyone's beer and liquor back in the day. The government tried to turn everyone against it but the PEOPLE stood up for what is right. LEGALIZE IT SO THAT THE SICK AND ELDERLY DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE SLUMS TO GET IT AND RISK THERE LIVES.

98. WOW some of you people are so narrow minded. Pot is nothing more than a mere plant created by none other than the good Lord himself. Yet man made alcohol is legal. And WHO is going to burn in hell???? Get real.

99. Wow. There are so many misinformed people posting... The real reason Marijuana was made illegal back in 1932 was because of money. Timber companies, Paper companies, and Dupont were very afraid of hemp, the plant that Marijuana grows on. Hemp can be used to make a wide variety of products, such as clothing and paper. Big corporations at the time would take a large hit to the wallet if hemp caught on, so with the help of newpaper companies and gov't officials that were on the take, they created the Marijuana Tax Act, which taxed the hell out of the farmers growing it to the point where they couldn't afford it. Then came "Reefer Madness", straight propoganda claiming that those who smoke weed go crazy and kill people, which is obviously not the case.
As to the claims of impairment, there is no denying that it causes some level of delayed motor skills, but still not anywhere as bad as alcohol (which is legal, yet causes tens of thousands of deaths EACH YEAR in this country). Tobacco is also legal, and causes over 1200 deaths DAILY!!!
If Marijuana was just decriminalized (as in the netherlands), we would not have overcrowding in prisons, no draw on taxpayers, and since its a 42 billion dollar a year business in the US, teh gov't could make billions in taxes that could go straight towards education. Now, how many people would think weed is a bad thing if it was the reason that every school in the US had good music and science programs? If you listen to only rhetoric, you will never have an informed opinion.
I have been smoking marijuana for almost 10 years, and it has NEVER effected my performance at work/school/etc... I have a job that pays well, and live a decent, happy life. I don't steal, rob, kill, or really do anything else illegal other than smoke. I have also awoken every morning for the last 10 years from post-concussive syndrome, and frankly, marijuana is the only substance that makes my headaches go away. It has been proven to have many medicinal uses, from joint pain to glocouma to relieving nausea to enducing appitite in cancer patients.
The only reason it is considered "wrong" is because those in power cannot personally benefit from it being legal. The only people who benefit are the farmers who would be able to live above the poverty line by growing it, the cancer patients who won't have nausea and loss of appitite from Chemotherapy, the people who won't go to jail for having a dime bag on them, and if I was in charge, the educational system that would have proper funding.

100. I'm pro-legalization and I'm a college-educated teacher (with a high IQ and having graduated with a high GPA). I think it should be legalized and regulated (like tobacco and alcohol), but that it should be legalized. A lot of people with migraines, chronic pain, and other diseases/illnesses could benefit by using marijuana rather than narcotic pain pills to treat pain or use too much of the OTC pain meds trying to keep pain manageable while still living with pain (and, eventually, damage to the liver and/or other organs from the Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen).

Also, if alcohol is legal but driving under the influence of it is illegal, why couldn't marijuana be legal while driving under the influence of it would be illegal -- they could arrest/fine those who drive under the influence or sell it to children/minors (same as alcohol) and have rules about use in the workplace (just like those for alcohol). People under the influence of marijuana tend to be far more mellow, less likely to fight, and more likely to keep their usual inhibitions than those who imbibe large quantities of alcohol.

To those who have said people who are pro-legalization are dumb, uneducated, or slackers -- you are uniformed. Those type of people make up a portion of most societies, communities, and mind-sets, but many intelligent, well-educated, and motivated individuals understand the benefits of marijuana and its legalization.

101. I don't really care if it's legal or not, but after watching my brother-in-law's life go down the tubes, I'll never smoke the stuff myself.

102. I agree with everything the beeeeatch stated. With the exception of legalizing trees...I'm content with tax-free trees. Whatever the gov't has no control of is illegal (in other words...can't make money off of it), once they find a way to gain the control (which will never happen), they'll put taxes on it. I could keep on going...so many reasons...not enough space.

105. "91. I don't see the resemblance to AJ either...this girl looks fresh and young and healthy...thank goodness she doesn't look like Angelina Jolie...lol"

LOL. You have got to be this chick's publicist. Her appearance the antithesis of looking fresh and young and healthy. She looks like the spokesmodel for the Tammy Faye Baker makeup line. I'd hate to see her get caught in a rainstorm. And those eyebrows are too close together and scary. Nothing about her looks pretty.
