35. The issue is not really the pictures--it is the blackmail and extortion attempt and good for her that she is fighting it. What creeps these blackmailers and extortionists are!! No one should ever make the mistake of yielding to them.

38. If she were a woman trying to live a low key life and had made a bad decision and someone were trying to jeopardize her ability to get a regular okie dokie job, I'd be on her side. But you can't decide to live large and run in a nationwide contest and have these indiscretions in your background and not expect to be outed. One of my former bosses use to say to me repeatedly, "What you do today affects what you can or cannot do tomorrow." Same goes for everyone showing their butts on their webpages. Don't be surprised when you're 30 and ready to get really serious about the future, your cyber pranks come back to haunt you. So to this beauty queen, I say "so what". Next!

39. Janice from New Jersey doesn't believe people with fat asses should have opinions - a rather strange way of thinking. If there's nothing wrong with the photos, why hasn't Amy released them and put an end to this? The people of NJ, both fat and skinny, deserve a Miss New Jersey who can compete for the Miss America title, a role model, a woman who reflects a traditions of style, sophistication and service. Amy is not that person - she can no longer compete.

42. I did hear this am on a news show a guest say the "captions" to the
photos were "doctored up" to make the photo's appear more scandalous
then they were... Huh? Seems a bit more panic going on then for some dirty added captions.
If the public saw the photo's did not match up with the captions, Dont you think people would see it was indeed doctored up to humiliate her? So why all the drama? Something is not right about this story.
