75. I find this hard to believe that it is a crime when no money was involved. So, let's say for example if i had an affair with some famous person and wanted her to tell the media about the affair along with details. Let's say if i told her if she didn't tell the media, i would send pics or video clips to the media, then i don't see how that is a crime. I might be a jerk, but not a criminal.
