I'm black and I could see how 10 dudes who were likely not dressed appropriately would look very out of place in a fancy restaurant and I doubt they were wearing skateboard fashions or what have you. That is what they mean. If 50 doesn't want his security to stick out like a sore thumb he should enforce a dress code when he goes somewhere classy. Royalty and many high profile government officials have the same sort of security, but they don't walk around in sneakers, Tims and their pants around their butts.
