Just remember, you HAVE a baby to spoil, you're not THE baby anymore, and while we all know that you aspire to be (and are,) a MILF, please think about being a little more conservative, at least for her sake. Be a good role model, children live what they learn.

17. Gesh people if you don't have anything nice to say go away. I love Jillian and she makes me laugh every morning. I DVR it when she was on just to get my laugh for the day. The show is a snore without her.

I'm so happy for you Jillian and Grant. I cried too when I heard the news. If you held on a bit longer (OMG LOL) you could have had her on my birthday. I'm sure you would have loved waiting a few more days. So glad it's out. Baby well. You well. Grant still gorgeous and LOVE LOVE the name. I miss you on the show going to be a long 3 months, but enjoy you time off. I'm so happy for you 3!!

19. First off, TMZ, Jillian has been going by the last name of "Reynolds" for a year now. Get it right. Barberie is her former husband's name and she doesn't even hyphin, aight?

I LOVE the name Ruby. That little baby is going to have a wonderful life because her parents love her and love each other so much. Anyone out there who takes the time to write mean comments about a woman who just gave birth is an ugly, dried up hag. Jillian rocks!

23. A big loving smooch and congratulations to Jillian and Grant upon the birth of this little jewel, Ruby Raven. I couldn't be happier for Jill. I have seen her grow up over the years into a fine young woman. She met the man of her dreams, cutie patootie Grant Reynolds, married and birthed their little baby girl.

Jill sounded ecstatic on the phone this morning. I am so happy for this family. They surely will treasure their daughter and she is one lucky baby girl to be born to these fine young parents.

24. Jillian talks often about being adopted, (I adopted a boy and his birth Mom was also adopted), and the sight of a baby who shares her DNA had to be one of the most magical moments of her life. I hope she appreciates the Mom who raised her, albeit not perfectly, and the one who had to give her up. This moment in Jillian's life must be emotional beyond belief and little Ruby is going to be cherished by both of her parents.....

Steve is right you have changed so much over the years, and listening to you cry today on Good Day La, made me cry too. You sound so happy, like never before and Ruby Raven is such a ga ga gorgeous name, so very unique. Your daughter is going to be totally green like your hubby, but will be sporting stiletto shoes, a D&B bag, and spray on tan. LOL ENJOY! You deserve nothing but the best!
