Courtney Love spent her 43rd birthday on Monday -- by doing her best '80s impression of Poison's C.C. Deville! Oh man!

After a transatlantic performance at London's Bush (!) Hall, the rehabbed rocker emerged with an admirer's flattering bouquet -- while sporting an unfortunate plastic hat and bleached-out horse weave highlighting her prominent nose and tusk-white veneers. Anatomically correct doll parts!

Courtney is working on a new album -- without Hole.

8. Courtney has always been a waste of time. She's so disgusting this doesn't surprise me in the least. I could never figure out why they didn't take her daughter away from her. I wouldn't let this garbabe near my dog let alone leave this human refuse to raise a child. Courtney Love is a living, breathing landfill.

9. What happened to her, seriously? I know she got plastic surgery, did she go over board, or is it drug abuse damage, or her mind deteriorating... or all of the above, perhaps?
I used to really like her, now I'm uncomfortable looking at her. I wish she could make a fantastic comeback.
