32. I just want to make one more point. People shouldn't really be judging on this because no one of has 100 percent of the facts. Only a higher power does and He knows the intentionsof the heart and mind as well, so stop saying Vanessa knew about the camera. Not to get religious, but I believe in the mottos "no mercy for the merciless and show compassion to those who show compassion." I don't believe Nick could be as bad as some people say. I have never heard him firmly deny or confirm the womanizing rumors. I think he likes people to speculate. And why not when he wants the approval of men as well? The thing is no matter who you are, even Mother Theresa, someone will hate you. So whose opinion matters the most? Women, nice guys, or fratboy jerks? The thing about fratboys though, is when the going gets tough, they'll leave you dead and crying in the gutter. So what I mean to say, if Nick was faithful to Jessica while he dated her for four years, he should say so. It might save his reputation. Some people might be very impressed. And who cares if the fratboys hate him for it?

34. Lachey and Minillo are disgusting. If they are ashamed, they brought it to themselves. I agree with someone else's comment that Vanessa is really bringing Nick down. I think he sort of knows it, but it's sort of late to admit that.

35. Hey "Lillian" - How is Vanessa "bringing Nick down"? By being a good girlfriend? Why is she so bad? Because she "puts out"? Gimme a break, lady. Vanessa is his girlfriend. Fact one - they went on holiday. Fact two - they "did it" (albeit out of doors, but that's THEIR business) and the pap caught them. Granted they probably should have known that one of those disgusting, perverted, paps would be within range, but I guess love just took over. My point is - who the hell are you to pass judgment? 36. Use common sense people, if he gives an interview like this on the heels of the pictures coming out, his manager and publicist made it known that he wouldn't talk about it. You don't ambush people like that, and the reporters got what they deserved. He's already given an interview with Vanessa about it, why should he keep talking about it?

He is not so innocent.
I am happy to hear that he has no intentions on marrying ms. minillo.
That was the best news of the day. Since, she has been in his life only bad press has been constant in his life. I know we can't define a person by their skin color, but we define people by their actions. Her actions speak loud. Instead of trying to be a celeb, she should be doing something for charity. She is not jessica simpson. Nick should create some space between him and her. The woman is bad news!!

42. Your right Lillian Gorham 34, I believe the same thing about him. I just hope he catches his own self before he makes the ultimate fall. Once he’s lost it all, then it will either be hard to get back, or he may never regain anything back at all.

And I will answer the other person’s question. Vanessa is bringing him down with publicity. Just because Vanessa spaces out the bad press, doesn’t mean that it has disappeared. Every time she gets bad press, it falls back onto him. Then he has to play prince valiant and defend her, even when Nick knows she has been nasty. Nick will not look like he cannot hold a relationship to the public. So he will hang on to this until he cannot take anymore. I think we all just hope he doesn’t do it too late. Or we won’t remember Nick’s name by the time he releases a new CD.

I am so glad that there is more than 6 of us that realize this. This person uses different names…which is fine…but then they never say anything different. But they are always defending her and then they get hostile whenever somebody makes a comment that they cannot really knock down.

Now I would think that Vanessa has better things to do, like bathing an contemplating who is on her for the night while Nick is out of town. Anyway, if it’s not her, then it has got to be a friend or her father. I mean look at what a FAB job her father did with her. He should be embarrassed and going into hiding over her. But again, this person’s post are always somewhat similar, and they always defend her, ask us rude questions, and refuses to except the truth about the things that she has clearly done. These thing ARE printed for us to see.

44. You’re right the more the dodge the question, the more they look bad.

This man is a reporter and it is his job to ask questions. Not just sit there and listen to you babble on. He is supposed to ask the questions that we as the public would want to ask.

This was not in private. It was in plain sight where children, other couples, and even the Gardner could have been passing by/through. Invasion of privacy is when you are on the inside and people snap from your window.
