Paris Passes Booze Test

Paris Hilton's DUI/probation violation file has officially been closed -- for now.

TMZ has exclusively obtained court documents signed by Hilton, proving that she completed her required substance abuse education classes on June 25 -- while she was still behind bars -- er, iron ones. She was released from Lynwood Jail at 12:01 AM on June 26. No hearts in her signature this time!

Hilton isn't totally out of the woods yet; she is on probation until January 2010. However, if she violates probation again, she will face the very same judge who sent her to the pokey in May.

18. Paris said she had completed that course before she went to jail, and it was a court mistake that indicated she had not finished the course as instructed. Another lie from those glossed lips.

19. Failing to sign up for her DUI courses was only one of the probation violations that landed her in jail in the first place. It's a shame that she had to be sentenced to jail in order for her to fulfill this probation requirement...she really had no choice.

22. Sorry Suzie, but no P.O. is going to let you leave the state for vacation purposes. Work is one thing, tanning is another. Please explain her 3 probation violations which should equal 3 strikes.

26. PARIS WHO?

27. I also got reckless driving charge, just like Paris. You are required to do 12 hours of DUI classes (in addition to 6 AA meetings, they are different). BUT to get my license back from DMV, by law I had to take 36 hours of DUI classes. WHY did Paris get a break? And believe me, getting 25 hours less of those classes is a HUGE break. It is a creepy loophole that you have to take 36 classes for DMV, but it is the LAW in order to drive again. Harvey....please research this detail, and quit being biased for Paris.

30. SoCallRaceGirl-
Paris had to pass an Alcohol Awareness Education class, not AA.....there is a difference. One is for educating, the other for treatment....usual for first time offenders....
Give the girl a break.....she's no better or worse than anybody else....
