34. Is she allowed to drink or be where drinking is done? I see she has already been at some clubs. Her probation officer should be alerted every time she goes to one of these places. Nobody else on probation is allowed to drink or go to clubs!

35. I think that breaks comes from good lawyers and the mood of the judges....not fame.
I had a friend that had been arrested for drunk driving 7 times before his license got suspended. He had a good lawyer though.

Mind you I am being kind when I say 6 months........and girl's like her don't deserve any additional breaks, her whole life has been about getting "breaks". Time for her to grow up and take more responsibility for her life.

39. TO #6: YES, THEY HAVE AA MEEETINGS IN JAIL AND ALSO NA MEETINGS. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I USED TO BRING SUCH MEETINGS INTO THESE FACILITIES (IN NY). I'M SURE CA HAS THE SAME DEAL. WHY NOT BRING SELF HELP TO INMAATES? APPARENTLY THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE DRUNK & STONED PEOPLE ON THE STREET. JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T READ THIS ON TMZ'S SITE DOESN'T MEAN SHE DIDN'T ATTEND. 44. I thought TMZ previously said that Paris had completed her alcohol education class before she was sent to jail, but the judge wouldn't allow her witness to speak? If that were true, she wouldn't need to take it again.

45. This one is hard to believe. Paris sent a letter to TMZ.com, praising them for getting things right, and nobody at TMZ.com reads the whole report. The report says that the class was completed on MAY 14, 2007. One of the reasons she went to jail was because the bureaucrats delayed putting the completion on the record until after she was in jail.
