Paris Passes Booze Test

Paris Hilton's DUI/probation violation file has officially been closed -- for now.

TMZ has exclusively obtained court documents signed by Hilton, proving that she completed her required substance abuse education classes on June 25 -- while she was still behind bars -- er, iron ones. She was released from Lynwood Jail at 12:01 AM on June 26. No hearts in her signature this time!

Hilton isn't totally out of the woods yet; she is on probation until January 2010. However, if she violates probation again, she will face the very same judge who sent her to the pokey in May.

49. It never ceases to amaze me just how jealous people are of the rich and famous - as evidenced by the hateful and vile statements made here against someone none of you even KNOW.

Get a life folks, the girl served her time - which BY THE WAY - was more time than she would have had to have served if the judge hadn't made an example out of her just because she was pretty and rich.

50. #51 - Sorry Sydney...you're quite wrong.

Here are the facts:

The judge sentenced her as a result of a sequence of events: 1) Reckless driving due to alcohol; she was pulled over for speeding, 2) caught driving on a suspended license; 3) driving a second time on a suspended license at 70 mph in a 35 mph zone with her car lights turned off (she was sober that time btw) plus violating her probation for the reckless driving due to alcohol; 4) violating the other terms of her probation, and 5) refusing to take responsibility for her actions in front of the judge. How can she think that her sentence was unfair, and why does she lie to the general public in stating that it was only for driving on a suspended license? She lied to Larry King, to the judge…one can’t help but wonder to whom else and about what. This is a person who represents herself as a role model for teenagers and other young people? No way!

51. Can’t help but laugh at those who think people dislike Hilton because they are jealous. Look at Princess Di…she was beautiful, wealthy, and loved and respected by us all. Other celebrities are just as beautiful -- if not more -- and wealthy, but they all have two elements Hilton will never have: Character and talent.

52. #46 - She was instructed to sign up for the course before the end of February; she failed to comply. The class hours were not completed until after the judge sentenced. She was sentenced on May 4; she completed the classes May 17.

53. #40 I wouldn't know about the fact that they have or have not AA meetings in jail - never been there, but if you say you have well then I am proud of you to admit it.

Guess you have to do something to pass the time when your a criminal, an alcoholic and a junkie - more power to them (better them than me)

59. SOCALRACEGIRL - What a shame that you think that way. You dont know anyone who ever did jail time, or had a drinking or drug problem. My you've lived a very sheltered life. You are definitely a A-HO - that right, no more nice girl. You probably sit behind your computer feeling real confident about what you say even though it makes no sense at all. It's common knowledge that jails have AA & NA meetings, but I forgot, you're perfect & dont know anyone like that. Get a life, get a grip & go f--k urslf
