Mr. black you really don't know what you are talking about people leave and go on vaction all the time futher more paris in not a felon which much harsher rules apply to and I do believe that her probation is unsupervised whch means she can go and does not have to secure permission I work in the field so I know this to be fact

Smoking "pot" may be legal for her in California if she has a medical prescript.....but all in all a pictur showing what looks like a joint could not be used in court because there is no way to tell if the joint had "pot" or tobacco or paper. I once called the police on my neighbors at the lake for loading their boat with beer and alcohol but the chief of police told me that unless I could prove that beer was in the beer cans I photographed being brought on board, there was nothing he could do other than keep an eye out for the boat and maybe catch them drinking while driving. On my lake it is illegal to drink while boating.
