"Prison Break" star Lane Garrison broke away from Hollywood yesterday to spend a little time with friends on the beach in Malibu yesterday. Take a good look!


The fake con faces real prison time in connection with a December 2 car crash that killed one teen and injured two others. Garrison was behind the wheel at the time of the accident, and was reported to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 -- more than double the legal limit – and tested positive for cocaine, too.

The 27-year-old TV star confessed up to vehicular manslaughter, and will be sentenced on August 2. He could face up to six years and eight months in real -- not TV -- prison.

18. don't you think lane knows the severity of his actions and will pay for them for the rest of his life? he has certainly owned up to them like a real man. don't you people know that he would do anything to reverse the hands of time and be able to make different decisions that night? "there, but for the grace of god, go i"......ring a familiar note out there? who among you has never made a bad decision? some get away with it and others don't. he didn't and my prayers are for him as well as for the family of the young man who died. i have never written on one of these boards before, but somebody needs to make you nutcases realize that it could just have easily been you in lane's position that night....or any night.

20. To kissin'cousin (#17). No, It could not have just as easily been me as what'shisname who had to endure the horror and guilt of cutting short an innocent person's life that night because I do not drive while intoxicated. Many of us do not.
However, it could just as easily been me (or you, or your child...)who was innnocently hit by the irresponsible drunken prettyboy who was driving.
Thank you, but I'll reserve my compassion for the victims.
