51. I hate to break it to ya Meathead... but she's half black. I read a detailed Bio on her several years ago including her adopted status etc... Yes she's adopted, Yes she's half Black. I can't remember every detail but she is was a baby of a relative of Lionel Richie, and he adopted her, it stated clearly that she is half Black.

True. However, Nicole Richey is NOT disputing her confession to the officer. She's had months to contradict the officer's statement, but didn't; why not? Which immediately makes me think that the whole thing was caught on the officer's dashboard camera (which ALL CHP & LA Police cars have) and shows her confessing to being drugged up.

I'm sure, if she's losing badly, her attornies will probably try, in a last ditch legal manuever, to intimate that the cops are making it up (it's standard bad lawyer tactics). However, like most bad lawyers, they will probably forget to subpoena the film from the cop's camera (this happens a lot, believe it or not) before they try this tactic, and this will sink her immediately. I've seen this happen lots of times in court, and it's amazing how quickly trials end when the cops dashboard camera film is shown...

59. How much time should she get? Leave her in until the baby is born, otherwise she will just tske more drugs and the poor child won't have a snowball's chance in hell being born normal. Then take the baby away from her and give the child to someone who will love it. Nicole already abused her child, and proved she doesn't care about it. 60. Anyone would fight it's what you do, The DA will come up with a deal unless they want the publicity, It's 101.
I don't believe Nicole ever said she would not take what ever punishment handed to her, But to expect her to not fight for at least a reduced charge is just stupid and naive on your part.
