I don't believe Nicole ever said she would not take what ever punishment handed to her, But to expect her to not fight for at least a reduced charge is just stupid and naive on your part.

65. she can still refute the statements she gave to the police - her best move actually was not even speaking about the facts in public, since it can be used against her later on. so by not saying anything, it's not saying that she admits to it, but is being smart about it - they can still refute it at the motion hearings. and nj is not that bad - how horrible ! :-)

66. I am the average American. It is painfully obvious to me and everyone else that Nicole Ritchie is going to jail just because she's black. This horrible racism that goes on all throughout our country must be stopped. 67. I recently attended the funeral of a 7 month old girl killed by a drunk driver. Over 400 people attended the funeral as well. This was the driver's THIRD offense. He had left a bar, and slammed into the back of her parent's vehicle when they were stopped for a red light. He is being held in Pensacola, Florida without bond until his trial. Harsh? Perhaps, but it will keep him from driving drunk. This has nothing to do with being jealous of Nicole being thin, or fat women sitting on a couch, it has to do with a drugged and drunk person going the WRONG WAY on the interstate. This is her THIRD offense. Pregnant or not, I certainly hope she does not get off with a slap on the wrist.
