It's official. Eddie Murphy and Rick James' so bad it's good '80s hit "Party All the Time" is no longer the weirdest musical pairing in history!
In celebrity-duets-you-never-wanted-to-hear news, Barry Manilow's new album, "The Greatest Songs of the Seventies," will feature the Babwa-fied crooner singing with the, er, help of -- de-Babwaed Rosie O'Donnell! Somewhere Donald Trump is laughing! According to Billboard.com, the duo will collaborate on an "interpretation" of Elton John and KiKi Dee's 1976 classic, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart." You just did Barry. You just did!
Fanilows of the world, you have been warned!

Rosie is hogging the stage -- wonder why!
Jan, do buy it. Needs to sell at least that many!
Barry and Rosie have Already Recorded a Duet together -- They Recorded "Because it's Christmas" for Rosie's "Another Rosie Christmas" Charity CD in 2001 - It won't be that bad. GET OVER IT PEOPLE.
Every once in a while, Barry pulls a kitschy stunt like this. Does anyone remember his duet with Lily Tomlin? LILY TOMLIN!
It reeks of a Clive Davis money-grubbing stunt but why is Barry doing this? He's gotten TONS of overdue respect in the last several years. He doesn't need the publicity and a stunt is all anyone is going to see out of this.
Hey Barry...why not sing a duet with Paris Hilton while you're at it? She just got out of the pokey.
all you ==========fa-mun-da cheese lovers are all alike.....................
i think they shouldve done the bitch is back ........more fitting
GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN! What's the matter TMZ ? Can't get your head out of your ass long enough to find a decent news story?
Barry : Mom, Dad, I just did a duet with a big fat pig and now my boyfriend won't talk to me...................
Thank god there's no chance of the two having there own children!
First, I'm not a big fan of the 70's music so I'm really not too keen on any of the selections. But, being a Manilow fan, I will buy the CD. As for Rosie -- I agree with the majority of you -- what was Barry thinking! (I said the same thing when I purchased a CD with Sinatra and Duets!!). Entertainers of Sinatra and Manilow's caliber don't need to resort to things like this! They can certainly hold their own! I'm sure Barry will survive this, but he may need to think twice about picking such a controversial person in the future.
I have every CD of Barry's and have been to many concerts....................
If Rosie is on this one - I won't buy it!!!
Say this isn't so,--- Please. I have been a fan of Barry's for years, I hope this does not happen. He has such talent and class, this will definitely pull this down into the big pit of
life, and cause some nausea if Rosie participates.
Wow. Rosie, in a lacy, red "overdress." Is she the "girl" in her relationship???
Rosie's speaking voice is annoying enough..she should thumbtack her mouth shut...
