16. oh please, like everyone here wouldn't try to get out of the same thing if they did it... and a continuance is normal, esp. when an expert is not availble (like vacation!). i don't know why people are giving this so much attention - all of these steps are normal, like fighting the charges, challenging testing, etc. if she is found guilty, she'll due her time, why worry...

22. Now her "legal strategy" is revealed, and it's a loser. When someone is pulled over in California for DUI, if it's alcohol they're suspected of being under the influence of, they have 3 choices for testing: blood, urine and breathalizer. If it's drugs, then it's blood or urine. Regardless, the State of California has accepted all 3 methods for analyzing someone's physical state, and they're backed by testing & empirical evidence. Simply attacking one of the methods (urine testing) as "unreliable" is the tactic of a loser attorney; it'll accomplish nothing, and her stupid dumb whore ass will end up in jail for a longer period of time than if she'd just accept the offer the state has already made.

Let's also not forget that she confessed to the arresting officer that she'd taken narcotics (Vicodin) and smoked pot that night. No way she's getting out of that one; I'm sure it's captured on the officer's dashboard camera. She's not only a total loser, but a dumbass knocked up whore as well...

Some people in the world are starving from lack of food , this is true.
Do you read newspapers or look at the news.
Instead of saying this woman is beautiful.. you should be praying...she get herself together.
Having a different point of view , does not mean someone shops at walmart for clothing
or is overweight. Health is the most important thing in the world.
