79. Why are we so quick to condemm someone with talent and problems.

Who is proud of a jail infected with a nasty virus, are you the decendant of someone who gave colera and smallpox blankets to the indians.

How can anyone be proud that people incarcerated are fed jail slop and mystery meat.

Yes pregnant women are incarcerated, and supposedly the extra calories and vitamins are a help but would the person who thinks that unborn got a good deal please post.

Nicole, what ever you have to face, fight. I lost all respect for Paris when she did not appeal.

80. She accepted her jail sentence ...that was a good thing to do.
Who cares if she maybe has herpes... you aren't sleeping with her.
As long as she protects her sexual partners by using condoms, it is ok.
I would respect Nicole Richie more if she stopped stalling time and did her 5 day(min.)
In the end, she will look like a fool in front of the court.
It seems the judges are getting tired of celebrities trying to escape their jail time.
The average american would have to accept our jail sentence.

I think nicole deserves the book thrown at her.
Maybe sitting a couple days in solitary confinement will give her time to think on her mistakes and what she has put her adopted family through with all this mess.
She could of killed someone innocent driving in traffic on the wrong side of the road..
Would you all be routing behind her then???
A family could have lost a child/father/mother.....
Nicole doesn't think about anyone but herself..

-February: First DUI; arrested for possession of heroin in Malibu, California. Also found driving with a suspended license. Note: Nic, I couldn't find any reports that explained what led to your first license suspension.
-April: Didn't appear at her arraignment, judge issued a warrant for her arrest.
-June: Arraignment rescheduled, convicted of DUI.
2004 & 2005
-Good girl...except for the bit where she dated Brody Jenner.
2006
-December: Second DUI; Found driving on the wrong side of the highway, arrested by California police. She did not pass the sobriety tests, and 'fessed up to smoking pot and taking Vicodin before driving.
2007
-July: Nicole is going to fight her 2006 charges. Although she told Dave Letterman that she is "willing to face whatever consequences come [her] way," she pleaded "not guilty" to her second DUI. The trial is set for July 11th. Apparently, the baby-bump hype is strategic; one of her so-called "friends" said that "Nicole is kind of hoping her pregnancy will keep her out of jail."

What a miserable post. Why so much hate directed at Nicole? Please tell us what she did to you?

As far as making drugs legal it would be a wonderful thing...it would stop the illegal traffic of drugs and stop making criminals rich.

Are you some sort of Mafia princess that fears making drugs legal will stop your miserable family from getting rich off the misery of others? If so MY GOD I HATE YOUR GUTS.

Manipulator- Ok, this is what you do. You fake a pregnancy.

Nicole- but I haven't had a period for, like, two years! That means something, right? I sort of remember my mommy telling me that.... a long time ago.... in a galaxy far, far away.... (sigh)

Manipulator- It doesn't matter. We will get a stay. We get one of things that they have in the movies- you know, one of those pregnancy strap ones.

Nicole- You mean...?

Manipulator- No Nicole, not one of those. I mean a strap on pregnancy bumps. They come in all sizes, ranging from just pregges to full term.

Nicole- Like, ok. uummmm, what does that mean?

Manipulator- Well, no one is going to send you to jail if you are 4 months pregnant. Work with me here.

Nicole- OHHH! I get it. But What about the baby?!

Manipulator- We Adopt! You will be a Fabulllloooouss mother! The world will LOVE you! And you have more money than God, so you will be able to afford the BEST nannies! 86. I hate to say anything , but nicole is a sad sign of our times.
Producers of simple life should of put in her contract - she must look healthy to remain on the show. Nicole looks like total crap...
