18. what gets me is everyone is acting like this is something new, that people try to get out of the charges they are facing. i absolutely agree she did something illegal and whatever consequences come with it, shes should suck it up and do it.. but we have a legal system for a reason - it is nothing new to challenge testing, fight charges, etc. any one of us would do it if we did it to. how many of us have challenged parking or speeding tickets?! although this is obviously more serious than a parking ticket, it is still a misdeamenor and she still have every right to fight it.

for anyone saying that she should have an abortion, or miscarry, etc. that is just an aweful thing to say about anyone. there are so many times where events in people's lives change them, and this could actually be a good thing IF she was abusing again. she is still stick thin, but looks healthier now than before (remember when people used to call her a fat slob??)

so anyway, at least try to keep the baby (if one even exists) out of it, it's just horrible to be saying s*&t like that...

21. Why did this commissioner waste my tax dollars today? He should have made Nicole's lawyer just pony up another "expert." Or is McGee the only person in LA County qualified to testify on this issue? Is his vacation perhaps being bankrolled by Lionel? Would an average Jane with a public defender get to take advantage of the system this way?

22. Speaking from experience, courts grant continuances ALL THE TIME. This has nothing to do with her wealth or fame. Ya'll are reading way too much into this. By the same token, being pregnant will have absolutely NO BEARING on whether she is sentenced to jail or not. Just look at all the female defendants in jail and prison who are pregnant.
