TrimSpa Settles Fat Suit

One of Anna Nicole Smith's last lawsuits has finally been put to rest.

TMZ has learned that the company that makes TrimSpa, the diet product that Anna Nicole Smith so famously pimped and then infamously dissed in favor of Slim-Fast, has settled a class action lawsuit over allegations of false and misleading advertising.

TrimSpa has agreed to correct errors in the labeling and advertising of TrimSpa X32 -- Anna's "signature" product -- but has not admitted any wrongdoing in the settlement. Aggrieved users can go to www.trimspasettlement.com and get a buck per bottle of X32, a free bottle of another product, and a $5 coupon for any TrimSpa product.

6. so mr. trimspa is finally admitting that anna didn't use trimspa to lose the weight? really must have been the SLIMFAST in her refrigerator that kept her thin. that means the SLIMFAST wasn't PLANTED in her frig after all, anna put it there!

10. I actually tried the Trim Spa when I saw that Anna lost so much weight. I lost 45 pounds two years ago and still have not gained it back. She inspired me to lose it.
