TrimSpa Settles Fat Suit

One of Anna Nicole Smith's last lawsuits has finally been put to rest.

TMZ has learned that the company that makes TrimSpa, the diet product that Anna Nicole Smith so famously pimped and then infamously dissed in favor of Slim-Fast, has settled a class action lawsuit over allegations of false and misleading advertising.

TrimSpa has agreed to correct errors in the labeling and advertising of TrimSpa X32 -- Anna's "signature" product -- but has not admitted any wrongdoing in the settlement. Aggrieved users can go to www.trimspasettlement.com and get a buck per bottle of X32, a free bottle of another product, and a $5 coupon for any TrimSpa product.

91. People filled with hatred will zero in on anything and tear it to pieces. Whatever is handy will be used to devour in order to rid oneself of the hatred running through the veins and throught the mind and body.

That is why mental health is so important and should never a stigma. The mind gets sick just as the body can get sick and horrible things can happen as a result. Examples are: the Nazis' horror; the Middle Easterners desire to conquer the world with their "religion"; African American's deep hatred and obsession with their past and refusal to let go and live in the present; the hooded beasts intent on purity as they see it; the mixed-up people who believe there is such thing as same-sex coupling; and ....the list is endless!

The cure for all this horror is accepting the fact that the most important health is mental health.
