To make matters worse, Children's Protective Services in L.A. visited her Malibu home three times last week and told her that her house was unsafe as there were no safety barriers around her pool, X17 reports. That prompted Spears to move to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where Tuesday night she was spotted crying. Meanwhile, a proposed single that was supposed to drop this week never did, and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, still refuses to sign the divorce papers and is threatening to take full custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jaden.

36. Forget about Britney's problems take a look at the history of Kevin.

Kevin does not stay in any relationship long.
He has two kids by Shar who is black.
He has two kids by Britney who is white.
Now he is dating a Hispanic girl so is he going to add two more kids to his list with Luscious Liz???

So much for all Kevin's statements of his love for Britney, how good she was to him and how together they would take over the world.

All Kevin has done is PROVE everyone's accusations of him to be CORRECT as a loveless, using, fake, unemployed, wantabee moneygrubber.

If he truly had any character, truth, love, respectability, honor to himself and his children and truly wanted to be held in esteem by the public, business associates, music industry, and have honest money HE WOULD SHOW THE WORLD HOW MUCH HE IS FOR BRITNEY and get down to all it took to help her and get their lives straightened out. What a witness to the world he would be.

A lot of married couples have over come more than Britney and
Kevin are going through right now. It is funny how he used her money to run
all over the place to party while they were married but now he is
getting money from her monthly and using them babies as a weapon.

A REAL MAN...A REAL HUSBAND...A REAL FATHER would get in there and help
his wife, love her out of all this AND BE A FAMILY.

I Guaranty all the fame, respect, money and decency would truly come his way.

Now that it is public knowledge that Kevin Federline gets $50,000 a month from Britney, the only people he will attract will be users, manipulators, and money hungry grubbers.

No one will want him or his kids for what matters most. They might act like to his face but trust me they will only be in it with him for what they can get.

41. I too am baffled by how this NON celeb is able to afford what he seems to be affording. However, I do know that Brit gave him a great deal of leeway with project and picture sales during their marriage in order to make him appear to have ligitimately earned money. As for what he may have or will receive in a settlement, good for him, it was her fault for marrying him in the first place.

To you "JohnnySoCal" you either are him or wish you were his boyfriend. He is not a celeb, he has no descernable talent, not my opinion the country's, all he did was marry a celeb. Now he is trying to hold on desparately to his last few days, weeks, or months of notoriety as it will surely continue fade as it has been doing this year.

He cooked up some entertainment business deals with him being a celeb du jour so he will get something for that.
None of thsiis staying money and doe she know what ot invest in or how. BEST WORD on investing to everyone here, if you do not know, LEARN! Get a book. Go to school. There is nothing a CPA and lawyer and financial firm can know that you do not for they all went to school. Play it safe in the meantime and invest in cd's, mutual funds, IRA's, just land, plain land, no shopping center, etc. K-fed has done none of this and has no formal education.
It looks good now,but later ,time wil ltell.
I agree withthose who said he just women have been doing for centuries and that is leave one spouse/boyfriend with your kids by him and move on to greener$$ pastures, have babies for Mr. $$ AND THEN leave. K-Fed hooked up with one stupid piece of trash, Shar, who had a little something and whole lot more than he did like a car and a house, left her, and moved on to Brit.
