Kat McPhee's Mysterious McMarkings

Katharine McPhee turned up to the Hollywood premiere of "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" last night with either a baroquely hideous skin condition or some unfamiliar mystic markings on her left arm and foot.

Wait just a McSecond, now ... looks familiar ... isn't that ... a henna tattoo ... from 1998?! Holy Gwen Stefani! It was all about reaching back for Kat last night on the red carpet; the stunstress rocked a vintage-y, Pucci-esque, quasi-70s creation as well. Here's another red carpet look not enhanced by unfortunate tattooing.

32. Whenever I read these kind of vindictive and nasty comments I am again reminded why we will not acheive world peace! Mean people are everywhere as attested to here.
Katharine doesn't deserve the kind of hating that some here have dished out. I really wonder why you would take the time to post a nasty comment on a person who is out there doing her best and (in spite of your denials) has an incredible voice and awesome personality. Maybe you need to spend some time going on katharinemcphee.com and watch some of her video blogs. She doesn't deserve this. There are tons of "celebrities" that I don't like but I wouldn't waste my time posting mean comments but then...it might be because I'm civilized!

34. Katharine is very young and continues to explore and find her way. I saw her in concert on the American Idol tour. She was fantastic and the crowd of about 15,000 loved her. I did not care for her album but she has a great voice.

36. Just in case some are not aware, the henna tattoo is not an 80's fad it is used in some cultures. For example it is big ritual for a soon to be bride in the middle east to have henna tattoo's TRY READING A BOOK OR TWO

37. I am not a fan of Kat's and doubt she will ever have a singing career. Nice voice ( nice, not great), but her downfall is her personality. She just doesn't click with people. She may have some success in modeling or minor acting roles, but will never be a star.

Now to momof3 boys..............

You stated that if someone isn't a fan, they should just move on. You would never post hateful remarks about that person. Well, you have. More than once. And it was nasty. Just keeping it real.

38. I'm pretty damned sure that being a AMERICAN web site, they were referring its popularity HERE.... And its a novelty at best here..

David Hasseloff and Joey Lawerence are popular in Germany and places, but can't gve thier "music" away here . so just becaue its popular elsewhere , doest mean its anything here.

and this talentless hack needs to go away... she doesnt want to be a singer or entertainer, she wasnt to be a non working celebutard like Paris , Nicole.. etc..etc..

39. That is one ugly dress, and the tattoos look ridiculous with it. She can't sing, can't act and it seems like she just wants to be seen. She does have a beautiful face, but her legs never seem to be in a good position. She just doesn't have a whole package, but she thinks she's "it".

40. There is no sense replying to most of the mindless drivel, but I cannot fathom why anyone would say she "wants to be a non working celebutard like Paris" etc. She has been working non-stop since Idol, just came off months of doing the radio tour circuit interspersed with photo shoots, charity appearances for the Lollipop Theater Network, and shooting a music video, and is set to start work on two upcoming movies. How that qualifies in any way as "non working" I couldn't tell you. Plus she can sing live without the benefit of studio magic, and if I could find the link to her Rhapsody and VH1 live sessions I could prove that, so comparisons to Paris and crew is really meaningless.
