Lohan Gets Big Break In Small Claims Court

Lindsay Lohan is officially off the hook for damages she caused in a 2005 car crash, after the dude who owned the van she hit flaked on the court hearing.

TMZ was in Beverly Hills court today when representatives for Lindsay's insurance company arrived -- and waited for the van's owner to show up -- he didn't. The judge dismissed the case, saving Lindsay $3,624.84 in damages she might have had to fork over.

32. Find the guy TMZ and ask him how much he got to not show up. If he didn't sign a confidentiality agreement for 20 bucks he will talk.

How stupid are you people? 1-This was small claims court-the van's owner initiated the suit to begin with, so much for the racist illegal immigrant theory. 2-The owner chose the date of the trial-so much for the "poor guy had to work" theory. 3-If Lindsay's people paid the owner off, why did her insurance company show up?
