Was reading that Jack Nicholson is beefing up for a role as Santa in The Santaland Diaries, an adaptation of the famous David Sedaris story, with David Winkler to direct. Paul Colichman, Jeffrey Schenck and Stephen P. Jarchow exec produce for Regency. Produced for ABC Family's Christmas series.

It was so refreshing to finally see a 'real' movie star amongst your daily grind of twenty somthing wannabes. Too bad you only added him to insult him on his sunblock and waistline. I think Jack deserves a little more respect than that. I do admit though....the photo's probably worthy of a TMZ contest for the best Nicholson caption
