46. This marriage would have worked out if he was home a little more. Marriages dont just fix themselves you have too work at them. I dont know what he was thinking. I'm not questioning whether they are good parents or not but come on now, And now he wants to take them away from there mother give me a break. How many times a year is he away from home whos going to take care of them.From what I see he looked pretty high in that video, where were the kids when he was partying. I have three children they are a full time job,I dont have the luxury of a nanny nor would I want one. I cant even image. He needs to get a grip. Good luck trying to take them from there mother . You are absolutly horrible for even trying.

57. How sad is it that you all have nothing better to do then rag on a woman who is about eight million times more successful then most of you will ever be! She is a loving mother of 3 who, like all of us, has made her fair share of mistakes! I have nothing but the up most respect for her! She has worked very hard for every one of her credits in the entertainment business. If she is guilty of anything it was for trying too hard to make her marriage work for too long. She put her heart and soul into trying to make things better... so before you all go calling her a "bad parent" and a gold digger maybe you should take a look at her resume and see all the things that she had before Travis; and keep watching for everything she will have after Travis. And as for the bad parent thing.... just because she was portrayed as a lazy house wife on 'meet the barkers' does not make that the truth at all! It’s called editing.... believe what you want but she is a wonderfully talented woman and a beautiful parent!

59. Okay, first off , why cant they have joint custody? And if they are picking sides, then shanna would be th best choice. Where would the children go when travis is on tour, or in meetings, promoting his buisness and doing all that? Im sure hes a great father, but he has to much on his plate to be a full time dad. Shanna is a great woman and deserves to be a mother. I hope they can get joint custody, but if not, shanna you have my vote!
