Tat Dad Trav to Get Tots?

Travis Barker says he's getting custody of his children with Shanna Moakler.

TMZ spotted the laid back tatty rocker leaving Les Deux last night, where he gleefully told our photog, "I'm getting custody of my kids right now." Travis and Shanna have two kids together, Landon Asher and Alabama Luella. Barker filed for divorce last August.

Though Barker and Moakler had a rocky separation -- with both of them taking to MySpace for some trash talkin' -- the two were all over each other when TMZ caught them together back in April. Looks like the reconciliation was brief.

A rep for Moakler had no comment.

UPDATE: TMZ spoke with lawyers from both sides in a conference call, who explained that Barker's claim was a big fat misunderstanding, and issued a joint statement saying, "The recent post on TMZ regarding Travis Barker was taken out of context. At that time, he was going to pick up his children, exercising his agreed upon custody time. Shanna and Travis currently share custody of the children.'

62. Shanna is so sweet and a great mom! but trav is a reat dad too..they shouldnt let there personal probs get in the way of them BOTH being in the kids lives. Why does it have to be one or the other?

he is totaly smached in the video. if he was smoking his eyes would be glossy and 1/2 shut. but, travis' eyes are bugged open and he has a straw/ rolled dollar in his left hand.

but, i still think travis is so all man ...... the way he loves on shanna.
he pulls on her hair when he french kisses her, he is soooo hot.
i am only 28 and way HOT (x-hooter girl & modle). i don't even lisen to his music, i think he is soooo hot for all kinds of other reasons.
(come find me Travis, i will be a GREAT wife for you.)

but it does suck that shanna and him didn't makee it work.
if i had a man to love me the way he loved on shanna, i would never let him go!
it makes him soooo HOT!!

65. I don't usually take the dads side, but I think he'd be a better guardian for the kids. She proved that when they were taping their lives for the whole world to see.

actually, I think she is posting as Sara and Shanna Fan - but would they really come on here to post? is TMZ that influential? I guess so.... but I wish they would actually get their facts a little bit more straight before posting a new headline- it always seems like they have an update to 'clear things up' - it took a conference call to clear up this mess LOL

67. Trav needs to ditch the needles before he tries to get custody of his
kids. It's such a shame, he is a great drummer--one of the best ever, but it won't last if he keeps doing the drugs.
