My 10-year-old daughter is HUGE into this HSM stuff (High School Musical) but it disappoints me that this guy doesn't do his own singing. (That's got to be the main reason he didn't travel with the rest of the cast this summer to do the live shows.) He's nice to look at and all, but now they're talking about doing a THIRD one of these movies (for theatrical release! $$$$$) and this kid can't sing! Did he do his own singing in Hairspray? I haven't seen it yet...
I do kinda think he's a "mo" -- he wears more make-up than I do and I'm a woman over 40. I also think that the relationship with Vanessa what's-her-name. with their promise rings and all, is a sham but I play along for my daugher's sake... someday she'll understand. ..
