Tara ConnerFormer Miss USA Tara Conner's stint in rehab has left a permanent mark on the nearly dethroned beauty -- literally!

TMZ spies spotted the 21-year-old ex party girl Sunday brunching with five male pals at Quality on L.A.'s trendy West Third Street -- sporting an AA-inspired tat on each wrist. Guess rehab wasn't just a Trump PR stunt! Tara had the words "Let Go" inscribed on her left wrist and "Let God" on the right. Both terms are oft-recited mantras in 12-step recovery programs.

TMZ congratulates Tara for overcoming her demons -- partying and Donald Trump!

i can't believe she would put something so permanent on her "newly found" sobriety!!! 90 days is nothing!!!! don't count your ice cubes before they freeze hon.

There are at least five ways to ensure one doesn't relapse:

Go to AA meetings

Read the big book

Get a sponsor (a guide)

Take the 12 steps (don't worry about any stumbling; just get up and keep on going!)

Don't pick up the first drink. (No cheating! e.g. having a "friend" pick it up for YOU, etc!)

Hey all you naysayers...
You do wht you gotta do to stay Sober...
the tatts are on the inside of her hands so whats the big deal...and IF that keeps her clean from using then I say Its working...so I think she DOES had an IDEA on what it takes to stay clean & sober!

One day at a time...& if that doesn't work...one hour at a time...#30 minutes at a time..and If you have to...ONE MINUTE at a time..it will come..if you keep after it...
Ya gotta start some where...and damn...90 days..is GREAT!! Congrats!!
