Paris Hilton hung out with her tongue out this weekend on the beach near her Malibu home. The airhead heiress was the spitting image of her new teacup pup.

Paris was dressed in a conservative blue sheath that covered an itty-bitty one-piece bathing suit in which she later surfed -- and nip-slipped.

Paris has ditched a lot of her sleazier outfits, and is dressing more conservatively most times. Raises her up a bit. God knows she can afford nicer outfits. Perhaps she's figured out that it's about who she is rather than what she's showing. Not a fan, simply an observation.
