Investigators have concluded that Chris Benoit sedated his seven-year-old son Daniel with Xanax before he killed him. 
As for whether Daniel suffered from Fragile X Syndrome, as had been previously reported, no conclusion could be made. The Medical Examiner also said they could not perform tests for steroids or human growth hormones on Daniel because of a lack of urine available to do those tests.

80. I don't feel TMZ is wrong in posting a picture of Daniel .
The people who think so did click in here and post when it was their choice not to.
Many murdered children have their picture shown on web site's and national TV all the time, Jessica Lunsford for example.
Shows such as Unsolved Mystery's show photos of murdered children, It reminds us to feel when we see these pictures and perhaps say a prayer.

82. It just seems so unusually cruel to sedate the child and then murder him. Why not just give him enough Xanax to do it?

84. Tragedy, what the wife and child went through all those years and what he went through trying to make a buck, all about all that money and what we will do to get it.
The scientists and so-called professionals have no idea what is past their little brains, they have no idea what drugs, steroids, etc. will do coupling that with a violent lifestyle and this is what you get in the extreme cases.
The brain, metabolism, the body are all complicated circuitry that when short circuited with drugs will malfunction and lead to severe depression, suicide, rage and killing-violent acts.
Time to wake up America, the world, stop believeing the so called professionals when they have no idea what they are talking about. Psychiatrists, Medical Doctors, Psychologists, Counselors and the like all should and must be held accountable for pushing drugs on an unwary public then; when something like this happens thay all run and hide behind their hypocratic oath and their professional opinions which do not add up too a hill of beans. They are hypocrrits! When we start taking the real culprits to task in all these senseless deaths then and only then will we be making a stab at the root causes of mental illness and putting a stop to the so called legal pushers that are killing and destroying people around the world.
We should be outraged wh t Doctors, the WWE or whatever you call it, violence, illegal drug use, prosecute them all to the fullest extent of the law, place the blame where it truly belongs.
Case after case after case, Anna Nicole Smith along with Howard Stern and Dr. E.just look at that case, two deaths, drugs and money. The lady that drowned her five children in the tub suffering from post-partum depression, supposedly being treated with psychotic drugs prescribed by so called professionals. Are their any Doctors serving time for these crimes along with the people they drugged up? Not one!

87. I'm glad that we are able to see pictures of this child. He may or may not have had fragile X, but there was definitely some sort of genetic syndrome at play as evidenced by the very wide-set, downward slanting eyes. In medical parlance, children who present with this appearance are called "syndromey" even if the specific genetic defect cannot be identified. I suspect this is why there is so much confusion about whether or not he had fragile X or a different specific syndrome. He was a darling child, but this physical sign (there are others, as well) is a clear marker of a genetic mutation of some sort.
Poor little guy got dealt a crummy hand all the way around. He probably did have some special needs and had parents who, while they apparently really did love him, were clearly not coping well with the added stress this caused.

90. I still believe all 3 members of the Benoit family were murdered. The fact they all had Xanax in their system would indicate they were all drugged to make them groggy....and each body retained the Xanax in amounts relative to the time they died. Can you see it? I can. They were all drugged and killed. And who drank all the booze? It wasn't Chris Benoit...it wasn't Daniel....and if Nancy had her Blood-Alcohol level would've been a lot higher. It doesn't add up people.
And just food for thought.....Chris Benoit was supposedly hung with his own weights. He weighed in at about 230 pounds...so in order to hang himself he would have to use about 250 pounds on a pulley to lift his body off the ground. Go to your local gym...remove the bar from the cable and try to pull down 250 pounds, hold it with one hand and then wrap the cable around your neck and fasten the clip. Bet ya can't do it.....cuz it's a 2 man job.
