6. The people of the state of California should spend their time jailing murders and child molesters, not pregnant celebutants. Have Nicole do some community service and let's free up the prisons for REAL criminals. I hope her lawyers get her off.

Tara isn't a loser- she only suffered from a botched liposuction.. I would drink a ton of alcohol if I had suffered through having my body destroyed by a plastic surgeon.

10. #8 - 'pam looks good' - Apparently you haven't heard about all the loser activity that both Tara and Mo'Nique enjoy. Tara has started SEVERAL physical fights in Hollywood recently due to her jealousy and anger over Lindsay Lohan's career - she even attacked DiLo at the Gwen Stefani kid bday party totally unprovoked. That's loser if I ever heard one - being jealous of Lindsay's successful career and rehab.

Mo'Nique has been bad mouthing Lindsay, Paris & Nicole for months - making fun of the "skinny" girls. I don't care how fat she is (and she is fat), she would have a total FIT if similar fat remarks were made. Hypocrite! Loser! Bad role model!

So pam, please don't idolize Tara and Mo'Nique.

12. Yeah, right. The guard cut the umbilical cord with her fingernails. Have you ever cut an umbilical cord? It's thick, tough and elastic. No way a fingernail can cut it. Now maybe if you said the guard bit through it with her teeth I'd believe it.

no prison guard cut an umbilical cord with their finger nails
and im pretty positive they send even the most high secuity prisoners that are in labor to a hospital common now!

15. I am tired of this non story. She is not going to give birth in "prison". Even if she goes to jail, it will only be for a few days. Who cares anyway even if she is pregnant?? Get a life, TMZ!!!
