21. Why do they say 5 days? I thought the CA law required a minimum of 90 days to 1 year for a second DUI within 10 years. I could be wrong but am pretty sure that's what the law says.

24. Could she be charged with murder if the baby dies because of lack of nutrition? Can her Dr. be held as an accomplice in the death? She should be 40 lbs heavier in order for the baby to receive proper nutrients. She is endangering the baby's life looking like a bone rack.

They problem for her is she plead not guilty. If the DA decides not to bargain, she's kind of screwed. In DUI cases, the courts hate people that attempt to fight the charges. What thye want is for you to plead guilty, admit to alocholism (or drug addiction), take remidial steps (rehab, etc). She admited to the cops she smoked dope and took pills. If the DA doesnt plea bargain, she's going to jail.
