Baby to Brit -- Yo, Mama, Hands on the Wheel!

Even little Sean Preston -- all of two-and-a-half years old -- knows when his mom is trying to drink (coffee) and drive at the same time. Eyes on the road, ya'll!

Brit-Brit was spotted hauling the boys away from a Starbucks in L.A., and Sean had some kind of emphatic directive for Mama B, who looks as though she's attempting one of her patented multi-digital multi-tasking miracles. Not sure if Jayden concurs or is similarly concerned, but he's obscured -- behind Britney's weave.

It sounds old, but someone needs to intervine
I would think the courts can order her to get some kind of help.....I don't think it is alchohol or drugs. I think she is manic depressive. She young and she is rich and I don't think she knows how to ask for help. Those babies need a mother that is all there and not going out and acting like a freak.

Obviuosly her friends are not stepping in to help, they are just using her and she is going to find herself broke and alone in a few years. Not only that, her kids are not going to want to be around her.

Britney get help! If not for yourself, think of you babies!

I totally agree with you! Im only a mother of one and have certainly had my share of mistakes and my son wont be 1yr til sept.! I do believe she is trying but it doesnt help having everyone put you down and your own mother stab you in the back! I think she is going through a rough time in life..who doesnt and we dont live the life she does so how can we judge!! Come on now she says shes sorry TO THE WORLD for all she has done and still everyone says the worst..when can she get a break!!??

22. Does it scare anyone that this women has children. I wonder if she had children to complete HER life or becasue she wanted to truely accomplish something great in life! Children are a gift from GOD! its a shame that anyone can make one!! But it takes a real person with courage, love and determination to raise a decent human being. Its sad that celebrities have children because its the one thing they havent done, its purley selfish! Its disgusts me. When you have children you keep your panties on, learn how to get into and out of a vehicle w/o flashing your crotch and dont shave your head for all the world to see.

NOTE TO BRIT: GET A GRIP...TAKE SOME TIME OUT OF THE LIMELIGHT AND FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A REAL STAR! Sean is actually not even 2 year , I think you guys should know a little bit better as much as you follow her around and print everything that happens in any of their lives you would know his birthday is in September which then he will turn 2 . Oh yeah and by the way she always has her babies with her I think she is a better mom then a lot of other celebrities out there, why not pick on someone who only has there kids 10 % of the time instead of someone who goes out while they are sleeping.

29. This is the stupidest thing ever!!! Seriously .. you guys bitch when she isnt with her kids you bitch when she is .... for god sakes who hasnt drank a coffee or water or soda while driving???? are we all unfit parents? If this is big news then it must be a slow day.... Lay off guys she freakin' 26 and can do no right in your eyes. Clearly she isnt doing any wrong in this picture.. If she is crazy now (which i don't think she is) you guys are driving her there by swarming like vultures .. tearing at her any chance you get. She young and going through a hard time .. She loves her kids and deserves a break.. None of us could hold up under the pressure that is on her.
