17. Just give the film to the cops, file charges, and move on. Tthe photog should not have been attacked; he's only doing his job. After the first assault, Gary Dourdan should have left the photog alone. He is absolutely wrong for searching for the photog. That is slalking.

You know, it stinks that your guy got hurt, but you all do bring it on yourselves and I think that these celebs should have every right to beat you down the way you are all over them to the point that they can't walk down the street. And I don't mean that they can't walk down the street with out being photographed, I mean because they can't walk down the street because your photogs are in a swarm giving them radius of no more than about 1 to 2 feet of walking space.
Why should we feel sorry for you? Yes, we read it and yes, we look at the pictures, but half of the pics you get could be taken just as well from a distance and with out blinding and terrifying Britney Spears' children or to the point that these people can't just walk to their cars and stuff.
Lay off! Then maybe you wouldn't have people that want to beat you down and maybe you'd have a little sympathy from us "regular" folk when something like this happens.
