362. I really find this situation unfortunate. Mr. Durdin has had enough of course, and I can understand his desire for privacy but this is out of control. He is for all intents and purposes famous. This comes with the territory, even though I don't live his life one should be held accountable for their actions. This incident won't look good to his image or reputation, which is why he is so upset. Gary in my opinion should act from a place of patience, compassion, and tolerance. This was not one of those moments. I believe their is balance needed on both sides of the equation. TMZ.com should respect others when they request privacy and Gary should have backed off when he saw them comin!

Being a professional astrologer, and looking at Gary's solar chart I don't find it any wonder why he "went off " like he did. TMZ. Com.... fun fact. Gary is a Sagittarius, which is contained fire and what does contained fire do when it has reached its limit? It EXPLODES and he won't be able to stop it when the lid pops off! In fact, Gary has A LOT of Sagittarius in his chart, so if I were you, I would have your photographer's re-think it next time they see him coming! He won't hesitate to beat ya a@$! I think it is unfortunate that TMZ has "caught" Gary off guard 3 times and this one is really the one he probably didn't want to be on the internet. In Gary's 10th and 12th house of his personal chart, he has a lot of k armic mess to be cleaned up this life time. Hint: Gary go seek a professional (spiritual) astrologer's assistance. It might help you to make different choices. I hope you find balance with this and that in the end, whatever the outcome, you have gained higher knowledge but most all Sag....WISDOM.

364. This is BS! I couldn't see or really hear anything threatening at all. If the cameraman was beat up, maybe he deserved it. When someone tells you, celeb or not, to leave them alone, than do it. If for no other reason than your own safety. I couldn't really tell who was being threatened. The fact that the 'cameraman'/actor was able to carry the camera at all times is an indication of how NOT hurt he was. I'm sure if there had been an actual assault-GD would be in jail right now. TMZ is so pathetic! That lawyer guy that runs this site obv couldn't hack it in the real world of business, so he had to go all low rent: creating drama where there is none. If TMZ isn't careful, a broken camera might be the least of their worries. Just a prediction!

365. All I know is...you have a punk-ass-papparazzi who "thinks" his camera's busted, and whose running around crying like a girl because he's being "chased" by Gary and his friends. There's no proof that Gary did anything other than what pics have been posted before of him grabbing the guy's camera. What's here, is audio of a papparazzi who got checked and is being even more of a schmuck telling the taxi driver "take me back to Cresent Heights & Sunset..." what?...so you can get your ass kicked some more?...dumb ass, he had it coming.

368. I thought this was hilarious. Notice how after Dordan tells him to get the camera out his face, the guy tries to be sneaky and keep filming. I'm glad he got the crap scared out of him. its like Dourdan said, you try to film celebs in compromising positions to make fun of them. and for those who said Dourdan is a nobody or a has-been... he made more money in the 5+ years of C.S.I. than you will make in an entire lifetime... 2 lifetimes... plus, he was good on C.S.I. 369. I Personally, think they should start prosecuting some of these photographers for getting up in a persons face and refusing to move, even standing in front of cars and just standing there. "If a few were hit when refusing to move I bet it would not take long for the photographers to get the point. I didn't personally see (that is all I will believe my own eyes) what happened but I would believe Gary over some money grubbing photographer..
