As we previously reported, the "CSI" star brutally attacks our guy, then speeds off on his Ducati. Apparently unaware that his camera is still recording, our photog captures Dourdan coming back for round two and recklessly chasing him around Hollywood.

Dourdan and his entourage, riding in a Town Car, chase the frightened photog as he begs passersby for help, ultimately flagging down a cab to get away from the mob.

UPDATE: CBS has issued the following statement about the incident, saying: The alleged incident has not affected production, as the show (CSI) is not currently in production. Rumors that he has been dropped from the show are absolutely false.

32. I don't think anyone who comes on TMZ should be siding with the celeb, especially since the reason we come on TMZ is for celeb gossip and video. Plus, he is a celeb he should have known that it comes with the territory. The guy was just doing his job. No one deserves to be beaten up like that.

36. I didnt see any proof in these videos of him being chased and I'm sure other people have bikes in Hollywood and for someone who is in fear of his life he sure knows how to hold onto the camera and keep it rolling

37. If a lion tamer eventually gets his head bit off...should be punish the lion? I am sick of people saying that famous people should be used to the photographers. I think the photogs are much to much aggressive and disgusting. Getting the crap goes with the territory of being invasive. Deal with it and stop the sob story.

39. Are you kidding me? This was staged and utter nonsense. At no point in any of the "followup" video do you see anyone chasing this guy. It's all a stunt and a pathetic one at that.

40. Please, all those celebs cannot complain about getting filmed when they seek out locations to "hang out" that are chock full of paps. There are plenty of low-key clubs/hangouts around L.A. that don't have any photogs hanging out. They go to these places to get photographed. Get over yourselves. That photographer didn't deserve that and I hope that a-hole gets charged with assault.

41. You Photographers do get in peoples faces too much! Maybe this one will be a little bit more respectfull next time. But..............it sounds to me like this guy from CSI..WHOEVER HE IS?........should of backed off.no one deserves to be hit and charges should be brought against he by the cab driver and the photographer. This sound to me like thier lives were in danger and he was making terroristic threats.You can't go around chasing people and try to run them over. He sounds like he has very bad anger issues. But, of course the cops are his friends..I hope they press charges.

43. ahhhh,poor TMZ I say smack all the photogs!!! What gives you the right to envade someones privacy,family,kids or even when the take a dump. No sane person cares what stars to every single minute. Not to mention most of the photogs have criminal records. Ever hear of princess Di? Go gary go!!!!
