48. After getting a 5 minute curb level tour of LA, I saw a car drive by. Then nothing but audio. I'll wait until there is more proof that like, those guys, like, were to trying like, kill the photographer. Can noone in CA complete one sentence without like, saying, like?

You intentionally provoke people then act all hurtwhen they beat your as. i wish they would all start beating the living crap out of you!!!!! 53. Gary Dirtface had no right to attack that videotographer. I am a CSI watcher, and he must do some primo acting 'cause his character is a very nice guy on the show. What an A$$HOLE!!! The camerman is just trying to earn a living. And what was up with the underarm hair he had glued to his face. He looked all strung-out and dirty. Wannabe star. I'll bet you he's nearly impossible to work with, and he'll never get ANYTHING but CSI work. The show will end and he'll never do anything else.... but maybe CRACK. He looks like a junkie. He looks like $HIT.

60. TMZ... screw these idiots. You are telling it how it is. These idiots just don't understand that "yes" some photogs SUCK... But there are times with the person being photographed is the fool. And this is one of those times.

The CSI fool should be JAILED. Watch the video again you idiots. The photographer DID NOT PUT THE CAMERA IN HIS FACE. Gary was standing in the street and the photographer was standing on the sidewalk. HELLO. Gary could have just left. He was looking for a fight. I want to email this directly to the Sheriff's office. Baca can do his job for a change and arrest Gary.
