To get the full scope of Gary Dourdan's shocking, unprovoked attack against a TMZ photog, you must watch the entire 15-minute clip.


As we previously reported, the "CSI" star brutally attacks our guy, then speeds off on his Ducati. Apparently unaware that his camera is still recording, our photog captures Dourdan coming back for round two and recklessly chasing him around Hollywood.

Dourdan and his entourage, riding in a Town Car, chase the frightened photog as he begs passersby for help, ultimately flagging down a cab to get away from the mob.

UPDATE: CBS has issued the following statement about the incident, saying: The alleged incident has not affected production, as the show (CSI) is not currently in production. Rumors that he has been dropped from the show are absolutely false.

64. I would like to see the size of the TMZ photographer. The press does not bring this on themselves ! They do not attack unprovoked with violence to get a photo!

66. um yeah i might sympathize if it wasnt for the fact that paparazzi stick their cameras in everyones faces even after numerous attempts of people asking them to stop. if someone asks you stop then DO IT! dont push someone until they snap. you brought this on urself stop being a victim and milking it!

67. Getting jumped by photog's is the least these money hungry, non charitables a-holes can have happen to them. They make millions and cry poor me in the end, and get nothing but grieve for everything. I hope a celebrity reads this, try living in the real world!!!

72. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! You are beating a dead horse! Read the comments the majority of them think the cameraman deserved it. You are getting no sympathy from the people leaving comments and most likely the VAST majority of people, wasting time, reading the 'story' and not commenting.

File a police report and when they don't care press for it to be taken to trial. When it gets tossed as not a crime at the grand jury level maybe you (TMZ) will re-think how you handle celebs who tell you STOP filming.

Keep posting stories on this topic and stirring up resentment for how your photogs behave.

74. everyone saw this kind of reaction coming. you need to get out of the biz while you're ahead. word of warning, it's only going to get worse and you'll realize who the a-holes REALLY are when one of you die at the hands of an unstable "actor/actress". until then, america is getting their kicks seeing the papz smeared on the ground. from the way i see it...what goes around comes around.

75. I can't tell what happened in all fairness??? I heard his mouth, F this and F that, but that was about it? Sounded like a guy just asking for the camera's to get out of his face? Other then that, that's all I really could see????

I don't know... but I do know who this guy is, and he's HOT!!! And if he asked the first time, to get the camera's out of his face, then get the camera's out of his face.
