When the hell does the video get to the part where Dourdin kicks the guys ass? All I saw and heard are the parts where the photographer TALKS about having been beaten and TALKING about thinking the guy is going to kill him. I do not see or hear anything that leads me to believe that Dourdin has done anything other than say "get that camera out of my face". Sorry guys, but perhaps you might want to edit together a piece that gets to the actual violence. I just do not see anything but a trumped-up drama queen of a photographer trying to fan some flames that do not exist,

93. If this ever went to court the judge would laugh at this schmuck of a photg and throw him out of the courthouse. The whole tape is completley ambigious at best. all it shows is a dumb assed pap getting yelled at by an actor that didn't want him to shoot him. tired of all the paps being jerks and yelled at him and when he put the camera down. there is not one shred of photograpic evidence of Gary Dourdain touching him at all. All of you Paps are nothing but a bunch of worthless P.O.S. Get a real job!!!

95. First of all the TMZ video players work like crap. They constantly stop to re-buffer even on my flawless and speedy connection. I rarely watch videos because it is easier to wait until they get on youtube.

Second, your photog is a whiny baby. It was obvious Dourdan was getting incredibly upset and the photog wanted to provoke him to get a "story." You guys are so lame sometimes.

And isn't chasing innocent people around hollywood EXACTLY what you do every night? Looks like you got a taste of your own medicine.

96. We need our CSI kitt to unravel this one TMZ. The Videos show the guy needs to be prosecuted for thinking his bike is a toy for sure, He could have killed someone.
He also looks to under the influence and looking for a confrontation in the first video.
Did he choose the smallest less intimidating photographer?
How many times has TMZ had his photo here, I didn't even know who he was.
The press is hardly hunting this guy down lol.

100. Just somebody, please tell me what makes this guy so special that he couldn't just walk on by? He's so irrelevant, I sorta recognize the name, that it's not as if TMZ was going to chase HIM down the street.

Who are you people who come on here and then lash out at TMZ for doing their job to deliver this website that you read? That's what we call "hypocrisy".

Foremost, as I said before, it comes with the territory. Some celebs are actually appreciative of their fans and their fame, and show courtesy (Paris Hilton). If these cry-baby, fit-throwing celebs don't want to be photographed going out, maybe they should retire to the Bahamas or go work at 7-11. Noone is stopping them.

101. There was really nothing caught on film, and frankly I didn't hear anything that sounded like an assault. I'm not going to pass judgement, but it almost sounded like the photog was saying things to "dress up" the story as he went. Also...why keep telling the taxi driver to go to different locations...just go straight to the police station if you are that terrified...it's a no-brainer! Btw...I have no idea who this "CSI guy" is! Why bother with him anyways?

102. Lame lame lame. Looks like the photographer is quite a drama queen to me. I never heard a motorcycle when he was running around frantic. Never saw the actor again on the camera that he kept lying saying it was broke. Not a lot of proof there. If he calls the cops for a scuffle on the sidewalk, he's a total loser. Be a man. It's the business you are in. IF you were followed, how did it feel? Tables turned? I hope the actor doesn't get anything but a good laugh. Get over yourselves people.

104. Some one said “Who is he????”. He is the man from –CSI- L. Vegas-Gary Dourdan.

And I think that taxi driver should have thrown him out ASAP. It sounded as if the driver had no idea who was following them. In other words, like there WASN’T anybody actually following them like he was claiming. All that yelling at that driver could have caused and innocent car accident.
