"CSI" Star Beats the Living Crap Out of TMZ Photog

Who knew the CS in CSI stood for c**ksucker?

Resident "CSI" douchebag Gary Dourdan pulled a Woody Harrelson last night -- unleashing a brutal, unprovoked attack on a TMZ cameraman outside of the most celeb-packed nightclub in Hollywood.

Clad in leather biker gear, Dourdan violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again -- all while his camera continued to roll.

The chaos began after Dourdan pulled up to the club on his Ducati motorcycle, and shouted at the photog to "get that f**king camera out of my face!" The photog obliged, pointing the camera to the ground -- but Dourdan's rage continued to grow, and the cameraman kept the record button on just in case something happened. Moments later, something happened.

As Dourdan launched his attack, other paparazzi can be heard screaming at Gary, desperately trying to make him stop. Moments after the assault, Dourdan threatened our photog again, saying, "I know all the cops around here, they're my friends."

Our photog took his chances and filed a police report anyway.

76. What a bunch of hype - I didn't see any beatdown. This TMZ "used" to be fairly entertaining, now it's a cross between the Enquirer and Perez Hilton. If you can't find something newsworthy, you put up crap or just make it up. I saw no violence at all and the cameraman left the camera on AFTER he said it was off, so who's the moron here? TMZ for sure because it's sure turned out to be one crappy, gossip mag that's full of more innuendo and sensationalism that's too no longer entertaining. Sad. Sad. Sad.

77. Maybe these photog's need to back off a little? Glorified stalkers deserve NO respect

78. What warranted this being pushed back to the top? Really. Pathetic. Gary is the man, the camera mans lucky thats all that happend. Regardless of fame, people have PERSONAL SPACE. And your headlines so weak, this was no knock down crap at ALL. Sleazy.

79. When an actor misbehaves as this ensemble actor did, I just quit watching their shows.
That speaks louder than any words.

80. Most papparrazi are jerks. But, since this was the guys first night, and he put the camera down when Dourdan asked him to, Dourdan should be arrested. Some of the B-list actors think too highly of themselves. Also, he was stoned and I couldn't understand one word he slurred.

Posted at 2:47PM on Jul 18th 2007 by Dourdan is a jerk

81. We really didn't see this man beat the photographer. Celebrities get bothered by photographers all the time, but Dourdan should have just ignored him.

82. ...looks like Gary has a little belly=bloat...maybe he's just constipated...usually a good beat-down releases the bowels.

83. LOL! Sorry, but those papparazzi guys deserve every butt whippin' they get. Get a REAL job you hoseheads!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!

84. I hope someone at TMZ will tell us that the victim quickly summoned police and that an assault and battery complaint was signed to prosecute this and I hope someone at TMZ will tell us that he was either arrested or that his arrest is imminent.

86. Why do these people choose entertainment as a career if they don't want their pictures taken? I know it can probably be a pain in the butt when it's taken to extremes, but that wasn't the case here.

87. Its people like you Perv and co. that allow people like Al Sharpton to exist and make money off of nonsense. Any fair, clear minded person would see that Gary's actions had nothing to do with his race but rather that he was not in a good mood and was being hounded by TMZ.
I did not see any similar posts when Avril Lavign spit on the Camera man-- which is equal in magnitude to what Gary did. Did you actually see the tape of this so called beat down?
Get a grip and grow some brain cells please.

88. TMZ people, you should be so ashamed of yourselves. You think we are all idiots so you feed us lies. A lie is not as good as the truth. Even if you can get people believe it.

89. that was the weakest "beatdown" I have ever seen in my life. TMZ just lost a reader, you way over dramatized that. and your photog didnt turn off the camera like he asked him to either.

90. Maybe he should of turned off the camera. DUH!! What a dumb ass he deserved what he got. It sure did not seem like an ass beating to me.
