"CSI" Star Beats the Living Crap Out of TMZ Photog

Who knew the CS in CSI stood for c**ksucker?

Resident "CSI" douchebag Gary Dourdan pulled a Woody Harrelson last night -- unleashing a brutal, unprovoked attack on a TMZ cameraman outside of the most celeb-packed nightclub in Hollywood.

Clad in leather biker gear, Dourdan violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again -- all while his camera continued to roll.

The chaos began after Dourdan pulled up to the club on his Ducati motorcycle, and shouted at the photog to "get that f**king camera out of my face!" The photog obliged, pointing the camera to the ground -- but Dourdan's rage continued to grow, and the cameraman kept the record button on just in case something happened. Moments later, something happened.

As Dourdan launched his attack, other paparazzi can be heard screaming at Gary, desperately trying to make him stop. Moments after the assault, Dourdan threatened our photog again, saying, "I know all the cops around here, they're my friends."

Our photog took his chances and filed a police report anyway.

91. TMZ you're a bunch of whiney exaggerators with no proof!

92. You "photog" probably deserved it. Why would you want to bother that guy anyways, shouldn't you be after a pantiless Britney, a jailbird Paris, or a coked up Lohan? He is not typical TMZ trash?

93. What a freakin Jerk! That CSI "fool" should be arrested. Why did you not file charges. If he didn't like the cameras then he should have just kept walking. Or I don't know... NOT GONE THERE. It's not like he didn't know that the media wouldn't be there.

I don't take pictures...
And Normally, I am on the side of the person being photographed. BUT IN THIS CASE. He is the one that is wrong.

I would file charges and let me pull out "all of his LA Cop friends". By the way, I am not one of them. Wish I would have been there!

96. Hey TMZ! Are you happy now? Of course you are! This is exactly the kind of stuff you tell your people to do; jam your cameras in people's faces and get the reaction. I'll bet all the execs back at TMZ headquarters are laughing all the way to the bank. Let's see... will you be loyal to your cameraman who is trying to earn a living? Give him money for any damages to his gear? No, I'm sure you won't. You'll sit there like a coward in your air conditioned cubicles, away from reality and turn your back on him and yet ANOTHER harassed celebrity. How about an appology to, not only Gary Dourdan, but any and all celebrities that your cameramen assault on a regular basis. Probably not. Let's get it straight people. The real bad guy here isn't the cameraman nor the celebrity, it's TMZ, National Enquirer, US, People etc. They're all in their safe cubicles watching their bank accounts get fat. They have absolutely no intention of being responsible for their actions/orders. ANYONE would have had the same reaction to a camera being shoved in their face. Especially if and when that happens EVERYWHERE they go. Think about who needs to shoulder the blame, the soldier in the field or the fat politician on his yacht sipping on his martini. I hope all that all who read this put yourselves in a celebrities shoes. Really now... How WOULD you react if pushy cameramen followed your every move every day and night and were constanly interfering with your private life/family/loved ones? These aren't politicians we're talking about. They're celebrities. They're human and we didn't elect them. They don't owe you or I a thing. Get a clue! TMZ Cameramen: Just because you have a camera doesn't mean you can be excluded from combat. Take a man pill and quit your whining. Hey TMZ Execs! You put your harassing cameramen in MY face... I'm coming straight to your cubicle to ruin your day!

97. This is how I would react BMCDVPJ...

I don't know what the heck that you all just saw.... But I say a photographer standing on the sidewalk. THAT CAMERA WAS NO WHERE NEAR HIS FACE. If you don't like being followed around, then get out of that line of work.

Not that this fool is being followed around everywhere. He is not that big of a draw if you know what I heck that I mean.

He went there knowing that they were there. Duh... I saw a camera man that was being respectful as he stopped pointing the camera his way. All that id10t had to do was keep walking. HE WANTED TO BE IN THE NEWS.... HELLO.....

I am never on the side of the picture takers... But in this case, I AM....

And if you all don't like it... Lump it.

98. Y'all reap what you sow. I don't blame this loser at all. Maybe TMZ should respect peoples requests for a change.

Posted at 2:27PM on Jul 18th 2007 by Mr. Black

99. It seems to me that he's either under the influence (I don't think it's alcohol) or incredably stupid. Look at the excuse afterwards. He's just stuttering & rambling. "People trying to make a living off my demise." Man, shut up!

100. Ok there was no beat down. I'm seriously losing respect for TMZ. You need to get a life! There is no no proof of any beating just a little camera waving. Good God get a clue you guys!

101. TMZ is really milking this one. Put the brother in jail and then leave these people alone. They are only on TMZ and on T.V. because of these aggressive photogs. Get a day job boys.

Posted at 2:43PM on Jul 18th 2007 by Angry Black Man

102. Go Gary! He repeatedly asked for the camera to be turned off, and it wasn't. You expect him to thank you?

Posted at 2:57PM on Jul 18th 2007 by I Hate Harvey

103. it's commone knowledge that the people here at tMZ and many other gossip rags will hurl insults at a celeb and get in thier face just for a good photo to maked them look bad.

TMZ- i hoped you get sued big time.

104. He seemed drunk.

105. awww ... the innocent paparazzi gets pounced on by the crazy entertainers. oh please. it didn't sound that dramatic to me and if you were rich and famous you'd probably feel like fighting if the camera was always in your face. regular people with regular moods, people - sometimes they aren't in the mood.
